Si no llegan en auto, lo más cercano a estas oficinas es el metrobus de la linea 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar relacionado con los procesos administrativos, ya que cuenta con varias áreas para cada situación y caso especial, en cuanto a la atención en estos momentos de Covid 19 es buena, la institución cuenta con las medidas necesarias para pasar al inmueble, (te toman la temperatura, te lavas las manos), el personal es bueno y te resuelve dudas existentes a los procedimientos a seguir y en su caso a dónde acudir, otro punto excelente Esque las personas que visitan las oficinas han seguido en todo tiempo los protocolos conservando la distancia y el usos del cubrebocas adecuadamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en persona es muy bueno. La ubicación queda lejos de alguna estación del metro. Lo pésimo es que no contestan el teléfono, realice 4 llamadas en media hora y en todas me mando a buzón.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las oficinas muy alejadas de la delegación sur me tocó acompañar a una trabajadora imss a su centro de trabajo pero se notó que tienen una buena atención. Espero que así sean con todos los derechohabientes que requieran acudir a esa ubicación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, te llaman de un día para otro sin aviso para que firmes (Como si mi tiempo estuviera a su disposición) y si no vas te amenazan con aplicar la política del numeral 5.7 de procedimiento de operación de bolsa de trabajo, no son claros en el correo de notificación de firma, no responden los correos con dudas y no hay teléfonos para comunicarse con ellos, espero capaciten a la gente que está al personal y quiten a los que están por palancas o bases para poner gente que si merezca y quiera trabajar de manera eficiente.
