★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes era una de mis pastelerías preferidas por su sabor entre otras cosas; evidentemente la calidad ha decaído por mucho, el pastel de zanahoria ya es más panque, el precio de un pastel chico es como el de uno mediano en la competencia, y además que es algo tan absurdo ( y que no había visto que en ninguna otra pasteleria) que cobren mas si es bajo pedido ? la atención, bueno ni hablar ya que la chica ni explica, ni sale de su estación para apoyar. Definitivamente mi última experiencia en general dejó mucho que desear ?? no volveré a comprar más aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasteleria fuera de control en atención ah clientes es nulo, no existe teléfono de quejas ni nada parecido los dos teléfonos de la sucursal para pedidos especiales se los robaron o no exiten ya que hable ah los dos y me contestaron personas desconocidas ah la Pasteleria, solo para hacer un pedido de plancha es muy cumplicado te lo sacan del sistema sin previo aviso, y yo que hago con mis eventos se les cuatrapean mucho los pies entre sucursales y servicio en general, las chicas que están atendiendo no tienen ningún problema, pero el problema viene en la estructura de su negocio.
