No fue diferente aquí, todo cuidado en su preparación y presentación final, sabores limpios, el jocoque con la acidez perfecta, sin una fermentación excesiva, el hummus no necesitaba especias ni condimentos para aportar sabor, todo nos encantó, esperamos volver pronto a Saltillo ara poder degustar de las delicias de Alfredo.
