★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing chef, amazing food! Not your typical Aguascalientes fare. This is a step above. The Mongolian Beef dish was amazing, the coconut shrimp were cooked to tender perfection. Everything was fresh, the flavors were complex, and nothing was ordinary. A lovely experience!
