Overpriced cakes except for the Mango roll that put them on the map. I bought the red velvet chocolate and it was a no-joke and gooey fiasco.

How is it possible to arrive at 5:30 pm and have a napkin attached saying return in 30 minutes ... they didn't even put in what time they left ... very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia con la atención al cliente, muy groseros y prepotentes. Los pasteles son buenos pero son caros, si en verdad quieren un pastel de la franquicia recomiendo ir a la sucursal de Park Point que esta a 5 minutos, hay más variedad y mejor trato.
Bad experience with customer service, very rude and arrogant. The cakes are good but they are expensive, if you really want a cake of the franchise I recommend going to the Park Point branch that is 5 minutes away, there is more variety and better treatment.
