★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pau es la mejor: más que solo bajar de peso he aprendido a comer sin culpa, a tomar decisiones sanas en mi alimentación, a no satanizar los alimentos y a que la comida no sea una fuente de angustia y preocupación. Y esto se refleja en una dieta sana y equilibrada y rica y en resultados sanos en mi cuerpo. Además, toda mi familia se ha beneficiado porque hemos aprendido a comer mejor. :)
 Pau is the best: more than just losing weight, I have learned to eat without guilt, to make healthy decisions in my diet, not to demonize food and that food is not a source of anguish and concern. And this is reflected in a healthy and balanced and rich diet and in healthy results in my body. Also, my whole family has benefited because we have learned to eat better. :)
