★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría. Nosotros estuvimos comprando religiosamente cervezas de ellos por más de un año pero nunca habíamos probado ningún otro de sus productos. Un día decidimos probar los pepinillos que venden en conserva, y al abrir los dos frascos que compramos venían llenos de larvas. Como le teníamos confianza a la tienda, regresamos para hacerle notar a la persona que nos atendió, lo sucedido. No pedimos ni nuestro dinero de vuelta, ni ninguna otra compensación monetaria, únicamente queríamos que la tienda revisara bien sus productos antes de venderlos. La mujer que nos atendió nos dijo, y cito: “ Seguro las larvas ustedes las pusieron, aquí eso nunca nos había pasado en todo el tiempo que tenemos abiertos”. Al final, nos fuimos de la tienda ya que no deseábamos pelear con alguien que claramente no le importa lo que piensan sus clientes frecuentes. Ultima vez que nos paramos en ese establecimiento y claramente tomaremos acción ante la PROFECO a fin de proteger nuestros derechos de consumidor protegidos por la ley.
If I could put 0 stars I would. We have been religiously buying beers from them for over a year but we have never tried any of their other products. One day we decided to try the pickles that they sell canned, and when we opened the two jars that we bought they came full of larvae. As we had confidence in the store, we returned to make the person who attended us notice what happened. We do not ask for our money back, or any other monetary compensation, we just wanted the store to review their products well before selling them. The woman who attended us told us, and I quote: "Sure you put the larvae, this has never happened to us in all the time we have open." In the end, we left the store as we didn't want to fight someone who clearly doesn't care what their frequent customers think. Last time we stopped at that establishment and we will clearly take action before PROFECO in order to protect our consumer rights protected by law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sí me gusta el café, los quichés y varios productos. Lo que últimamente ya no me gusta es la falta de disponibilidad para atender con eficacia. Hoy fui por un chocolate de avellana y pues no había, entonces pedí un quiché de jamón y queso gouda para llevar. Casualmente era el último y, al calentarlo y empezar a comerlo ví que la costra ya estaba verde. Aparte la atención de la joven que está en la tarde, deja mucho qué desear porque no atiende bien por estar hablando por teléfono y además, al pagarle con un billete de $200.00 me estaba dando cambio de cien. Pónganse las pilas señores porque, lugares hay muchos, muy buenos y con mejor atención.
I do like coffee, quiche and various products. What lately I no longer like is the lack of availability to serve effectively. Today I went for a hazelnut chocolate and there was none, so I ordered a ham and gouda cheese quiche to go. Coincidentally, it was the last one and, when heating it up and starting to eat it, I saw that the crust was already green. Apart from the attention of the young woman who is in the afternoon, she leaves much to be desired because she does not attend well because she is talking on the phone and also, by paying her with a $ 200.00 bill, she was giving me change for a hundred. Get ready, gentlemen, because there are many places, very good and with better service.

Had a great Italian cappuccino.
The absolute highlight though was the homemade German bread, which has to be the most authentic and delicious I have ever had outside of Germany. Reminded me of my grandmother. ?
