★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se acabaron muy rápido los ingredientes jaja, a las 2 pm ya no tenían mango :( pero todo bien, limpio y con los precios normales de un delit.
 The ingredients ran out very quickly haha, at 2 pm they no longer had mangoes :( but all good, clean and with the normal prices of a delit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un helado de chocolate, la máquina no la limpiaron bien y me mezclaron mi helado con el que había preparado antes. Me sirvieron en un vaso que no era de Delit, y tampoco me dieron ticket. Estos helados siempre me gustaron mucho, pero con esta atención no me dan ganas de volver.
I ordered a chocolate ice cream, the machine was not cleaned well and they mixed my ice cream with the one I had prepared before. They served me in a glass that was not Delit, and they did not give me a ticket. I have always liked these ice creams a lot, but with this attention I don't want to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Lástima que el producto sea bueno, pero las personas que te atienden no te contestan ni el saludo. Lástima que en Villahermosa estemos perdiendo la cultura del servicio al cliente.
Terrible attention. Too bad the product is good, but the people who serve you do not answer or greet you. Too bad that in Villahermosa we are losing the culture of customer service.

Este local de Delit licua las bebidas en la parte de atrás, fuera de la vista del cliente.
Yo he tomado licuado en varias sucursales Delit, y colocan los ingredientes y los licuan a la vista del cliente, pero en la Sucursal Deportiva...¡NO!. La última vez que fui (29 de marzo 2022) mi licuado tenia sabor solo a leche y muy liquido (aguado). Y es que toman todos los ingredientes a la vista, pero lo licuan detrás de una pared, en un espacio trasero...

This Delit joint blends drinks in the back, out of sight of the customer.
I have had a smoothie in several Delit branches, and they place the ingredients and blend them in front of the customer, but in the Sports Branch...NO! The last time I went (March 29, 2022) my smoothie had only milk flavor and very liquid (watery). And it is that they take all the ingredients in sight, but they liquefy it behind a wall, in a back space...
