★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. I spoke zero Spanish and know zero restaurants. Called and spoke to Juan Carlos, he ordered my food and delivered it to me. Not once but twice. Went home to the US happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juan Carlos and Delivery VIP are awesome! We used them 3 times last week. He is very friendly, prompt and reasonably priced! He even went to 2 different restaurants to get us the food we wanted. I definitely recommend And plan to use him again next time we are there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and communication. We ordered a surprise wine delivery for family guests staying in our condo in Akumal. Akumal Delivery contacted us exactly as planned on their arrival date to show us options from the liquor store...and delivered to our condo promptly upon arrival. Our sister and brother in law were so surprised and happy! We would recommend their services without reservation.

Don’t hesitate to use Delivery VIP for all your needs during your stay. Can’t thank him enough for making our stay effortless with his fast and friendly service. Will definitely use this service again when visiting Akumal again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juan was quick to respond and very professional! We had an issue with our Walmart order and Juan called them to figure it out, but the order never went through. Even though Sunday is his day off he picked up groceries for us from another store and delivered. He is very kind and professional! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juan Carlos was so helpful when I recently forgot my meds while on vacation. He went to the pharmacy for me & delivered the meds quickly to my resort. His English is perfect & he was responsive to texts. He’s also super friendly & personable. If I needed anything again I would contact Juan Carlos! It was a great experience!
