★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un robo,claramente le indique que era un problema de software y no de hardware,por lo que no tenían porque abrirla.Abrieron la laptop,lo note porque le robaron tornillos y probablemente le cambiaron piezas a mi laptop.
Totalmente decepcionado.
A theft, clearly indicated that it was a software problem and not a hardware problem, so they did not have to open it.They opened the laptop, I noticed it because they stole screws and probably changed parts to my laptop.
Totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención por parte de recepción y atención rápida aunque las respuestas de la reparación tardan bastante pero se entiende ya que tienen otros trabajos que realizar aunque con las encargadas de revisión de primera mano si les falta estar más alegres pero todo bien con el servicio hasta el momento no hay ningún problema
Good attention on the part of reception and quick attention although the answers of the repair take a long time but it is understood since they have other jobs to do although with the ones in charge of review first hand if they need to be more cheerful but all good with the service until the there is no problem at the moment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes garantia esta bien q vayas, si no, buscate alguien de confianza q te repare tu equipo definitivamente no es una opcion este centro de servicio, es carisimo. Meti una alienware con costo de 40mil pesos y tenia un fallo en un ventilador y ahi salio q supuestament tiene un fallo en la motherboard y por repararla me cobran 65mil pesos jajajaja
If you have a guarantee, it is fine to go, if not, find someone you trust to repair your equipment. This service center is definitely not an option, it is very expensive. I put an alienware with a cost of 40 thousand pesos and it had a failure in a fan and there it came out that supposedly has a failure in the motherboard and for repairing it they charge me 65 thousand pesos hahahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ,fui a qué me cotizaran la reparación de mi laptop solo estaba un poco desprendido de las bisagras ,me mandaron correo y me cotizaron carisimo , cotice en otro lado me dijeron que no era grave solo era pegar esa parte por lo que mandé un correo a Dell para confirmar que cuando podía ir por mi laptop resulta que cuando me entregaron mi laptop estaba todo destrozado con muchas piezas rotas al recibirla estaba literal con cables por fuera y le dije a la Srita que me atendió que no lo podía recibirla asi por lo que según ella le arreglarían y si le metieron los cables pero llegó a mi carro y abro mi laptop y empiezan a caer pedazos rotos.
Terrible service, I went to get a quote for the repair of my laptop, it was only a little detached from the hinges, they sent me mail and they quoted me very expensive, I was quoted elsewhere they told me it was not serious, it was just sticking that part so I sent a Mail to Dell to confirm that when I could get my laptop it turns out that when they gave me my laptop it was all destroyed with many broken pieces when I received it it was literally with cables on the outside and I told the Miss who attended me that I could not receive it like that for what according to her they would fix her and if they put the cables but she got to my car and I open my laptop and broken pieces begin to fall.

Se pasan por el Arco las leyes laborales en México. Dan nada de liquidación argumentando que el contrato era "determinado". Si un lugar no tiene ética laboral no deberíamos fomentar el consumo de sus productos.
DELL stinks pretty ugly.
Labor laws in Mexico are passed through the Arch. They give no settlement arguing that the contract was "determined". If a place does not have a work ethic, we should not encourage the consumption of its products.
