★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy actualmente de Ciudad obregón y compre una Dell Gaming G3 y no tuve ni siquiera un año de uso con ella cuando le salio un error en las bisagras, aun sigo pagándola con un costo de 32 mil pesos, la garantía que compre cuando adquirí el equipo, no me cubre la falla que tiene que evidentemente es de fabrica. Este equipo lo compre para poder titularme y no ah sido posible que eso pase, me ah quitado mucho tiempo estar hablando con la compañía de garantías que evidentemente no cubrirá absolutamente nada y seguiré pagando un equipo obsoleto. A todas las personas que estén pensando en comprar este tipo de equipos les diría que lo consideren mas de dos veces, adjunto las imágenes para que vean el estado de mi equipo. Y para finalizar, esto esta haciendo que también mi pantalla se vea afectada.

Someone made a purchase using a stolen data from my credit card. And you can’t even cancel this order!!! I have all the details of this purchase (card number, time, currency, amount) except an order number. And you do nothing after my several calls!!! You are thieves equal that person who stolen my card data!!!
