★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de las mejores aerolíneas que uno puede tomar para un viaje a E.U.A,. La atención del personal es excelente, cómo todo aerolínea se pide estar al menos 3 horas antes de su vuelo para cualquier papeleo extra que se tenga que hacer. En estos tiempos de pandemia se solicita en caso de ciudadanos americanos y/o residentes, deben contar solo con una prueba COVID de máximo 24 hrs.
La prueba de COVID debe ser de un laboratorio o médico. En el caso de que se de un médico , este debe tener su sello con número de cédula profesional y firma. En caso de ser mexicano o de otra nacionalidad que no sea E.U.A , o que no tenga residencia (GREEN CARD). Deberá presentar prueba de COVID con 24 hrs máximo de haberla realizado, comprobante de vacunación (vaccine card). *En el caso de vacunación, por indicación del gobierno, las vacunas; Sputnik, cansino; no están autorizadas para la entrada a los Estados Unidos.
El equipaje máximo es de 23 kg, el cual irá debajo del avión. En el caso de equipaje de mano este deberá pesar máximo 10kg y deberá cumplir con los requisitos de las medidas para poder llevarlo.
