As a former collaborator I tell you, it was, is and will be the best job I have ever had in my life ❤️ a very human airline, very qualified partners and an excellent leader in charge of the company in the port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I flew with Delta 9/17/18 out of Puerto Vallarta. I forgot my wallet in my suitcase. When I arrived at LAX the zipper was open and my wallet was crumpled up. All my cash was gone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I sit here typing this, I have been on the hold for 3 hours and 54 minutes. How does a company do business like this? Especially a company that claims making the customer their priority, they are missing the mark! My husband and I upgraded to first class on a long flight, and both ways they didn't even put our seats together! They have become a complete JOKE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flew Delta Airlines from Seattle to Puerto Vallarta and the service was excellent although for a four and a half hour flight we did not receive any hot meals but they did let us have as many snacks as we want and several times they came around with cold or hot drinks. They also had pretty good quality snacks like Kind bars. And the movie selection is excellent and they give you free headphones.
