★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta personal. Es una falta de respeto que te dejen de atender por atender a otros clientes. A pesar de que sean emergencias. Se paga MUY caro para tener éstas situaciones. Nuestro tiempo es tan valioso como el de ustedes.

Fui a una consulta para un lavado bronquial a mi gato porque la veterinaria a dónde asisto me envió aquí, y primero analizaron a mi gato argumentando que antes de todo era necesario hacer estudios de orina, sangre y radiografías AÚN CUANDO YA LAS TENÍA todas de menos de un mes de haberse realizado y les envié en ese mismo instante y las revisaron y todo esto para saber si se debía realizar o no el lavado.
Gasté 3,300 pesos para que después de 3 HORAS de consulta (me dejaron esperando porque les llegó una emergencia) y sin tener los resultados, me dijeron que sí es necesario el lavado bronquial (repito, aún sin haber visto los resultados).
Me dijeron que me mandarían los resultados y una cotización para el lavado bronquial. En su página web sólo puedo descargar 2 de tres archivos y las radiografías que tomaron (de pésima calidad por cierto) no se encuentran.
Nunca me enviaron la cotización del lavado, y no contestan el teléfono.

I went to a consultation for a bronchial lavage for my cat because the veterinarian where I attend sent me here, and first they analyzed my cat arguing that first of all it was necessary to do studies of urine, blood and X-rays EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAD THEM all less a month after having been done and I sent them at that very moment and they reviewed them and all this to know if the washing should be done or not.
I spent 3,300 pesos so that after 3 HOURS of consultation (they left me waiting because an emergency came to them) and without having the results, they told me that bronchial lavage is necessary (I repeat, still without having seen the results).
They told me that they would send me the results and a quote for the bronchial lavage. On their website I can only download 2 of three files and the X-rays they took (of poor quality by the way) are not found.
They never sent me the laundry quote, and they don't answer the phone.

A veces demoran un poco en atender y eso puede hacer que los gatito se vayan estresando cada vez más. Solo les daría esa sugerencia.

Mi gatito se quedó internado y pedí informes de él a las 8 de la noche porque la doctora quedó de comunicarse conmigo para dar seguimiento y cómo reacciono después de dejarlo internado y jamás recibí llamada alguna, cuando me comunique por fin según el doctor en turno estaba muy ocupado y él me regresaría la llamada para dar seguimiento a mi gatito y resulta que me llamaron a la 1:30 de la madrugada para información de mi pequeño. Cuando decidí ir a tomar una segunda opinión de su procedimiento me lo lleve por alta voluntaria y en ese instante le realizaron el ultrasonido que ya había pagado el día anterior y que supuestamente lo necesitaba de urgencia al momento que lo dejé. Que mal que se aprovechen de la necesidad de los que tenemos mascotas enfermos.
The place is very expensive and the attention is very bad. When I decided to go get a second opinion on his procedure, I took him for voluntary discharge and at that moment they performed the ultrasound that he had already paid for the day before and that he supposedly needed urgently when I left him. Too bad they take advantage of the need of those of us who have sick pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio médico y las instalaciones son buenos, pero la atención es demasiado lenta, incluso cuándo la revisión ya había concluido se tardan en darte la receta. Estos pequeños retrasos con la cantidad de pacientes que manejan hacen que todas las consultas tarden más de lo que deberían. Es recomendable sacar cita para agilizar la atención, pero aún así note que la espera era elevada.
The medical service and facilities are good, but the attention is too slow, even when the review had already concluded, they take time to give you the prescription. These small delays with the number of patients they handle make all appointments take longer than they should. It is advisable to make an appointment to speed up the attention, but even so, notice that the wait was long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido varias veces a este hospital. Al principio parecía bien (aunque bastante caro). Pero después de hablar con otros veterinarios resulta que hubo varias mentiras o negligencias graves. Rayos x de otro gato (que no era mío) para justificar una operación. Presupuesto para hacer análisis duplicadas. Administración de medicamentos equivocados que llevaron a la muerte de mi gato. Tengo todas las pruebas... Pero quien puede ayudar en un caso así? Solo me queda escribir esta reseña y esperar que paren con esas prácticas inmorales.
I have been to this hospital several times. At first it seemed fine (although quite expensive). But after talking to other vets it turns out that there were several lies or gross negligence. X-rays of another cat (not mine) to justify an operation. Budget to do duplicate analyses. Administration of wrong medications that led to the death of my cat. I have all the evidence... But who can help in a case like this? I can only write this review and hope they stop with these immoral practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al inicio pensé que era un buen hospital, mi gatita estuvo internada 3 días, se suponía que el especialista de tejidos blandos la revisaría, y eso me confirmaron (pero no te dan ningún comprobante de eso), y ahorita estoy en urgencias porque tiene un área muy grande a piel despegada QUE NUNCA SE DIERON CUENTA en ese tiempo que estuvo ella ahí, se centraron en ortopedia y no le dieron seguimiento al resto.
At first I thought it was a good hospital, my kitten was hospitalized for 3 days, the soft tissue specialist was supposed to check her, and they confirmed that (but they don't give you any proof of that), and right now I'm in the emergency room because she has a very large area of detached skin THEY NEVER REALIZED during that time that she was there, they focused on orthopedics and did not follow up on the rest.
