El 4/10/20 le negaron a mi hija de 16 años viajar a NY aún con todos los permisos y papeles en regla, esto en el módulo de “servicios especiales” a donde nos dirigimos para pagarle el servicio de $150 USD de acompañante de un menor. Después de cobrarnos y cuando solo faltaba documentar su equipaje pues tenía check in en línea y pago de asenso de lugar, llega una señora que dijo ser la superior de quien nos atendía, a decir que “Atlanta” no permitía que viaje sola. ¿Donde dice esa política? pregunté. “Es información interna que tenemos los empleados nada más.” Acto seguido repite “no viaja la ” y ¡se va! Esto ocasionó un gran problema y un pésimo rato. Afortunadamente United Airlines si cumplió con los lineamientos de sus políticas y la llevó a su destino. Delta Airlines puede cambiar tus planes a su antojo sin mayor explicación. No volar x Delta. Terrible service at Cancun Airport.
