PERDÍ UN DÍA DE MI ESTANCIA EN CANCÚN CUANDO CONTRATAS EL TOUR TE OFRECEN UN CATAMARÁN Y AL LLEGAR AL LUGAR ES UNA EMBARCACIÓN COMPLETAMENTE DIFERENTE, EL EQUIPO DE SNORKEL QUE ES DE USO PERSONAL ES EL MISMO QUE EL DE TOURS ANTERIORES LOS VASOS NO LOS LAVAN,REFERENTE A PRECIOS SON MUY ELEVADOS QUE SI CONTRATAN EN OTRA AGENCIA

EN VERDAD NO PIERDAN SU DINERO Y TIEMPO VALIOSO ESTANDO EN Cancún.. NO CUMPLEN LOS SERVICIOS CON LOS QUE TE OFRECEN EL TOUR, SON GROCEROS Y LOS PRECIOS MAS CAROS QUE NADA TE QUIEREN VERDE TODO SUPER CARO EN TOUR A ISLA MUJERES DE 7HORAS 4 LAS PASAMOS EN ESPERA PORQUE NO DABAN INICIO

NO LOS CONTRATEN!! contratamos el paquete 4x1 (Tulum zona arqueológica, coba, el cenote, playa del Carmen, creo que estuvimos 10 horas en el bus y 20 min en cada excursión, sin contar coba por qué estaba cerrado y nunca nos avisaron, tampoco nos dieron las bebidas que venían incluidas en el paquete, las tuvimos que pagar nosotros, en el cenote tuvimos que rentar los salva vidas por que tampoco nos los proporcionaron y era obligatorio.. Además de eso teníamos pactado para el día siguiente visitar cozumel, el día anterior nos avisaron que se cancelaba por los fuertes vientos y no nos reembolsaron el dinero que habíamos dejado depositado.. Realmente unos ESTAFADORES!!

Definitely not a good idea to go with these guys. It sounded like a great idea but you are being lied too. The boat is the most janky thing I’ve ever seen in my life. They told us lunch was paid for but then when we It to Isle Mujeres it was $20 per person. So don’t get sold!

I would not even give them a star. They tell you one thing and do something else. They Ickes is up and then took us to a store to get off and get on different bus. Nobody told us where to go once in the store. Guy was rude telling us we’re in the wrong line. Finally get on the bus and they give us a stale sandwich and a Pepsi. It was suppose to be all inclusive to valladolid cenote and Chichen itza. They did not offer any water until after they took us to a small village down a long narrow dirt road to shop in the only shop there and eat the buffet food with only one drink . We didn’t get lunch buffet until 330. Then they finally took us to chichen itza and have us one water we only were there for like an hour and a half total. This tour was all a sham. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If there's negative rating i will give that. Full of lies and worst experience. The itinerary is not what they sell. They are 3rd party vendor, we were transferred to another tour which they did not mentioned. Old boat and non english speaking tour. The photos on their pamphlet is a big lie. 3 of the photos are in the same place. For dolphin tour the boat will stop on near the shore and look from there, and that's your tour. Lunch taste good but 3 out of 4 of us has upset stomach for 2 days, common is the fish we ate. Cancun is great but ruined by few people like Delta tours.

This place really is a HUGE SCAM. If I would have read most of the reviews on here I would never have bothered with them. My fiancé and I rented a yacht for 6 hours and we paid a deposit the day before. I rolled my ankle that night and was not able to walk the next day so we tried to call the number that they gave us. No answer... the front desk at our hotel couldn't even get in contact with them. We left our contact information on the contract and they never attempted to reach out. We went there the next day to see if we could reschedule for that day or another day and the guy flat out said no. He said since we didn't show up at the time they lost out on the full rental. I said you took half the money and you can't work with me to set up another trip? He said no. As we were arguing with him I heard another couple inquire about renting a boat with another representative and he said since the scheduled group didn't show up that they could take their boat. The cover themselves at every point and there is no way to speak to the "manager" on the card they provide. I would stay away from this place at all cost unless you feel like losing a couple hundred dollars!
