Doctors and staff seem to be ok. However, the waiting time to be examined by the doctors is too long in spite of you have previously scheduled an appointment. It would be more professional that they stay to time.

I came here from California for a surgery to help my pug breathe. Dr. Jesus Mendez took the time to explain every step and took good care of my dog. The surgery was successful and they sent me home with her the same day. Thank you so much!

The Vets are friendly and professional, but they don't respect the appointments, generally you wait more than an hour, and the girls at the front desk take more than half an hour to get your bill and charge you. There are a lot of places with the same professionals work and they respect your time.

I took my canine friend, he arrives with suffering for his knee and hip and the attitude of the receptionists, cold without interest and the deception received by phone the day before was the most disappointing thing about that place. I will never return to that place of louts.

Hospital staff is kind and friendly. My dog had knee surgery a few weeks ago so I've been coming regularly. Every single time however I have to sit down for at least 30 min or more to get to the doctor/specialist. Time and resource management is by far their biggest problem. Urgencies take precedence no matter how many people are in queue or appointments being made.

I brought my puppy to Delta for the first 6 months or so that I had him before I became so frustrated with their business practices that I stopped going. First, every time you go to Delta you will spend 1-3 hours there in total for what could be a 30min appointment. Typically you will wait at least 30min past every appointment you schedule to enter. My puppy had to be hospitalized twice. In both times they treated my dog but never delivered a diagnosis. When I asked for a medical report with diagnoses multiple times I never received them despite having spent over $20,000 pesos on treatments. Every time it was a different doctor who we’d speak to. Maybe the doctors are good individually but once they work in a hospital setting they have no personal accountability for your dog because every shift it’s a new doctor. Also twice during the 6 months we went to Delta they gave us the wrong count of medications. If you buy the plan for puppies you should know that it doesn’t cover many problems or tests your puppy is likely to need. I’ve since switched to Hospital Rampu where I’ve never waited for an appointment or emergency and have been really happy with the service. I’d recommend taking your pet there.

I’m from the US and recently moved to Oaxaca State. Due to lack of specialists where I live, I flew to MEX and I couldn’t be happier with their care. Their level of detail and personal attention is amazing and worth the trip. I have absolute trust in them and appreciate the staff’s willingness to work together and collaborate between multiple specialties on my dog’s case. I highly recommend them and am so relieved to have found them!
