★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of respect of patient's time. Did not appear for my appointment then asked me to simplify return the next day. He also told me would email a treatment plan over 6 months ago but never heard back. He told me two times that he would send me a treatment plan for two proposed. This was in June of 2021 I never heard back but it was time for a cleaning so I came anyways.
I should have took it as a sign that he is not very interested in care that he wouldn't even send a treatment plan that he said he would be sending.
Nice guy but not very professional.

I broke a front tooth while in El Salvador and 2 days later would be heading to CDMX. After doing some research, I came across Dental Center Emmanuel and figured I'd reach out.
I called on a Saturday, not expecting much. To my surprise, Martin picked up, spoke perfect English, and was a delight to coordinate with. Without much effort at all, I was on the schedule the day after I landed in CDMX for the molds and impromptu cleaning, then back in the following day for the repair. Estimates were provided simply with photos via Whatsapp.
Given the situation, I greatly appreciated their willingness to see me ASAP. The work was exceptional and affordable. So much so that I went back a few weeks later to fix a few other chips I'd been living with for over a decade. My smile was new and unexpectedly improved and I can't recommend Dr. Emmanual and his staff any more. This is the only dentist I need while in CDMX. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular dental services. I chipped a tooth and needed some emergency work. The work was perfect, inexpensive, and painless. I returned to fix some cavities and was again impressed at how professional, upscale, and pain-free the work was. I would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only the best dentist I tried in Mexico but my best dentist experience ever.
The dentist is a specialist/not just a generalist and speaks great English. If you need help in an other language, the receptionist speaks tons of languages to perfection as well ( I was surprised to find he was completely fluent in French for example, which is my native tongue! ).
Prices are also incredible and you won't be paying extra for the other languages like some "dentist for gringos" do in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here! The staff is extremely nice and goes above and beyond. They opened on a Sunday because I left shortly after (I called them only days before). Came in for cleaning and they saw I needed a root canal. We scheduled the appointments and it was all done in a few days, right on time before my flight (and painless!). Great work, great English, clean practice, great customer service, highly recommend! I'll be back whenever I'm in CDMX. Thank you!
