It was worth them and they did what they wanted, they charged me before attending me on October 14, completely ignoring my request in writing, by phone and even in person when I went to attend me. With promises I have waited for a resolution and they have only made me waste my time and money ... This is not going to stay that way and less because the mistake was not mine, Eduardo Mata (in charge of the dental promotion campaign) who is the culprit of all this knows and has not done anything ... Do not waste your time or money with these people please! Take into account that I am not the only one who is promised one thing and does another ... Good luck if you dare to come with these people who don't know ANYTHING about customer service.

The doctors are very kind and the receptionist too, the problem is the owner, he is a despot person, I went with an evaluation and my panoramic x-ray for the extraction of a third molar by my dental insurance, and they scheduled an appointment for me with the maxillofacial doctor for the operation, unfortunately the doctor sick with COVID, and they had to reschedule me with a general dentist, and instead of operating on me they did a dental cleaning that charged me $320 when I already had my diagnosis and my X-ray, the owner He put on a defensive attitude and told me "if what you want is not to pay us, I'll give it to you" , terrible service, the owner intervenes in matters and procedures of patients that he does not know and interferes in the care in a negative way, and that I went to this place because it was the closest to my home and that my dental insurance covered the expenses, I have a bad experience

Excellent place, clean facilities and the attention is very friendly from everyone... Not to mention that they have very good prices 9/10 in my opinion n.n
