★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hacen esperar mucho, a mi me toco esperar 50 min. para mi cita, la dentista Alma Alejandra Mellado Medina fue muy grosera estaba en un procedimiento quirúrgico, ella estaba platicando con dos doctoras, no se percato que el liquido que colocan estaba en mi cara en mi cuello en mi garganta mas la sangre sentía que me ahogaba, mas lo brusca que estaba siendo la dentista en el procedimiento.
Le comente que la sentía muy brusca y me puse muy nerviosa por lo cual ella empezó a ser muy grosera y empezó a gritarme.
Evidentemente no regresare por nada, además los precios son muy elevados.
Era mi primer consulta después de la valoración inicial
mi presupuesto era muy elevado ya que era el mío y el de mi familia.
No volveremos, por lo cual no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto fue una experiencia muy desagradable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal seguimiento, nunca me llamaron para darme cita con el especialista, que según ellos anuncian que tienen.
El equipo de trabajo esta en muy malas condiciones, nada funciona correctamente, desde bajar la silla hasta el llenado del vaso con agua para el enjuague.
No hay privacidad pasan médicos, pacientes y hasta el personal de limpieza cuando te están atendiendo.
NO volveré a atenderme ahí jamás.
Very poor follow-up, they never called me to give me an appointment with the specialist, which they say they have.
The work equipment is in very poor condition, nothing works correctly, from lowering the chair to filling the glass with water for rinsing.
There is no privacy for doctors, patients and even cleaning staff when they are treating you.
I will NEVER go back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. La verdad antes de ir me metí a leer algunas reseñas y traté de no dejarme guiar por los malos comentarios y acudir a mi experiencia.
La doctora que me recibió no fue nada profecional ni paciente, ni aún yo explicándole la fobia que le tengo al dentista. No me trató para nada con delicadeza, no me tubo paciencia y ponía caras cuando me ponía nerviosa. Jamás regresaría ahí, simplemente por el mal trato que te dan.
Very bad experience. The truth is that before going I went to read some reviews and tried not to let myself be guided by the bad comments and go to my experience.
The doctor who received me was not at all professional or patient, not even me explaining my phobia to the dentist. He didn't treat me delicately at all, he didn't have patience with me and he made faces when I got nervous. I would never go back there, simply because of the bad treatment they give you.
