Pésimo servicio! D	Dan Luna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se acudió por una urgencia ya que ofrecen ese servicio y programaron el procedimiento hasta 5 días después por qué no tenían ningún especialista disponible además de que cobraron por adelantado un procedimiento que aún no se realizaba. Se intenta pedir un rembolso ya que no se solucionó la urgencia y dicen q si lo harán pero hasta 2 o 3 meses después. En mi opinión fue un pésimo servicio, ofrecen procedimientos de urgencia sin especialistas disponibles y con publicidad engañosa. No lo recomiendo.

Cuando yo llame me dijeron que si atendían urgencias, ese no es el caso. Pague por adelantado, más tarde ese día no aguante las molestias y fui a otra lugar a realizarme la endodoncia, al solicitar el reembolso de ese dinero, me dijeron que el proceso de devolución tardaba de 2 a 3 meses.que me pusiera en contacto con ellos por medio de un mail, no le dan seriedad al problema. Leyendo opiniones anteriores hay otro caso con problemas de devolución de dinero.

Si llegan a pedir el reembolso porque no les gustó el servicio ni la atención, les van a decir que tarda un mes y medio aunque ustedes hayan pagado en efectivo. De entrada les van a hacer un presupuesto brutal y les van a tratar de vender una oferta si pagan con tarjeta de crédito. Les interesa más vender estos paquetes bajo el argumento de que es una oferta. Les van a cobrar el diagnóstico y si ustedes piden que les den las imágenes que por derecho les pertenecen les van a decir que no se las pueden dar porque pertenecen a la clínica bajo la ley de protección a la información. El punto es que esto no te lo informan y no te piden consentimiento de ceder los derechos de las imágenes a la clínica. Son maravillosos cuando dan el diagnóstico pero cuando se trata de dar el servicio son impuntuales, déspotas y no te regresan el dinero que pagas por adelantado. NO asistan. Hay mucho mejores clínicas donde atienden mejor y donde no te tratan de vender procesos que no aplican. Por favor busquen otras opciones dentales. Never ever pay in advance. From the outset they are going to make you a brutal budget and they are going to try to sell you an offer if you pay by credit card. They are more interested in selling these packages under the argument that it is an offer. They will charge you for the diagnosis and if you ask them to give you the images that rightfully belong to you, they will tell you that they cannot be given to you because they belong to the clinic under the information protection law. The point is that they do not inform you of this and they do not ask for your consent to transfer the rights of the images to the clinic. They are wonderful when they give the diagnosis but when it comes to providing the service they are unpunctual, despotic and do not return the money you pay in advance. DO NOT attend. There are much better clinics where they serve better and where they do not try to sell you processes that do not apply. Please look into other dental options.
