★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen respeto por el paciente, más de 3 meses sin atención de ortodoncia por que me habían heredado y hasta el dia de hoy siguieron sin darme una cita.
Fui para ver que había pasado y nunca me resolvieron nada, cuando me iban a dar cita solo lo hacían de 7 am a 11 am, cuando yo también soy una estudiante y no puedo faltar a mis clases. Les dije si me podian dar la cita en la tarde y simplemente me dijeron que no que mejor me buscará otro lugar.
Pensé que por estar pagando por un servicio ellos veían la forma en que tu visita fuera satisfactoria pero solo fue una decepción

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima experiencia ya que los alumnos solo trabajan por su calificación y no por compromiso, en ortodoncia te llevas minimo 4 años por tratamiento (yo 5) porque cada año te heredan de doctor por ello no se te da seguimiento como corresponde,ellos si te pueden cancelar cita ya estando presente porque no te agendaron pero si tu lo haces ya eres el peor paciente y con referencias malas a tu siguiente doctor,si lo vez por costo beneficio no conviene y si te quejas la Dra Ya.. no es empatica al grado de decirme que como no se paga en la escuela como corresponde no hay nada a hacer.
Soko tuve la fortuna de tener dos doctoras profesionales pero como se van te dejan con otro y vuelve a empezar todo el show!!

Soko I was fortunate to have two professional doctors but as they leave they leave you with another and the whole show begins again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noviembre 2021La clínica ULA es buena. Los doctores son asistidos por un doctor titular en el área. Te cobran solo el material por eso resulta muy económico. Una resina no mas de 200, una incrustación (no de metal) 500 a 600 pesos. Las coronas entre 700 y mil o poco más dependiendo del material. Pagas el paquete de servicio unos 80 pesos. Si vas de primera vez tienes qie hacer cita llamando a los teléfonos de la pagina. Te sugiero llevar una rx panorámica para la evaluación. No sé si atienda urgencias. Al estar escalonada la asistencia de los doctores el doctor titular esta bien al pendiente del doctor que tiene paciente. Hay que estar muy atentos en sus pauses escolares. Porque mas bien los laboratorios que trabajan para la universidad cierran antes. Por ejemplo trabajan todo noviembre y la pausa en la clinica es todo diciembre. Regresan en las primeras semanas de enero. Debes hacer todos tus comentarios a tu doctor . Como te sientes. Si quedo bien tu pieza. Etc.
