My family member went to have his wisdom tooth extracted, he came as an emergency since he had intense pain. The doctor commented that he could remove it, but he did not carry out a study to see the birth of the tooth, that is, he did not take an X-ray, he did not make sure that there was no infection, he just proceeded. The procedure began and the ordeal began when the extraction was difficult, he commented that the tooth had curves at birth that did not allow him to finish removing it, he decided to fracture the tooth to remove it in parts, he continued struggling and commented that there was a previous infection. At the end, he left two tooth fragments, to check their position, he took the X-ray, which he should have done at the beginning, he commented that he could not remove one of the peaks because it was very close to a nerve that could generate loss of sensitivity. My relative ended up with acute pain after the procedure despite the treatment, it's already been three weeks and there is no complete recovery, we had to go to another office for a second opinion, where they confirmed the errors in the re-procedure. The most unfortunate thing was the attitude of the doctor during the procedure, since he constantly made comments to discredit my family member's pain, he commented that everything was correct, the procedure lasted from 2 and a half to 3 hours, occupying my family member with anesthesia again for second time. They may be specialists in other areas, but I don't recommend this place for extractions at all.
