★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el Sr Carlos da una pésima atención, no quiso vender una gran cantidad de tipodontos y cuando pedí hablar con el nunca se digno a tomar la llamada dejándome en línea de 30 a 40 minutos, de verdad no acudan.
Espero que cambien de dueño por uno menos altanero prepotente.
Cabe mencionar que los empleados son muy amables.
Terrible service, Mr. Carlos gives terrible attention, he did not want to sell a large number of typodons and when I asked to speak with him he never deigned to take the call, leaving me on line for 30 to 40 minutes, they really did not come.
I hope they change owners for a less arrogant one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El depósito bastante surtido, encuentras de todo y de diferentes marcas y precios. El detalle es que fui en día festivo y solo estaban atendiendo 2 personas, nos tradamos aproximadamente 2 horas en ser atendidos.

Lamentablemente no leí los comentarios antes de llamar.
Les pedí unos módulos transparentes y me los enviaron transparente amarillo!!!
Les pedí el cambio pero me dijeron que de los que había pedido ya no había, que me tendrían que enviar unos más caros, a los cuales accedí a pagar la diferencia, cuando se hizo el cambio de módulos el mensajero no quiso respetar el acuerdo y me cobró en su totalidad los módulos.
Me he estado comunicando al depósito y la respuesta es si, el mensajero pasa hoy y nada. Cabe aclarar que la srta que me atiende por teléfono es muy amable, lastima de lo demás. Es una pena que se den a conocer de esa manera.

I asked for the change but they told me that there were no more of the ones I had asked for, that they would have to send me some more expensive ones, to which I agreed to pay the difference, when the change of modules was made the courier did not want to respect the agreement and He charged me in full for the modules.
I have been communicating with the deposit and the answer is yes, the courier passes today and nothing. It should be clarified that the lady who answers me on the phone is very kind, too bad for the rest. It's a shame that they make themselves known that way.
