The drugs and supplies they sell are too expensive, in pharmacies you find them at half price. They want to sell you a membership to reduce your treatment costs, but compared to other clinics it is even more expensive with the membership discount. For example, if they do a dental cleaning, they tell you that you may need 2 cleanings, being that if they did well if it worked, you would not have to pay another one.

The first time I went they took a long time to attend to me, then they called me to make an appointment because the person who had attended me at the beginning was gone. I made my appointment and arrived 15 minutes late and explained to the girl at the reception. He asked her if it was possible to attend to me since I had arrived late, she made me register and take a seat, 30 minutes later she comes in and asks someone about the doctor who would attend me and she tells him that she could not find that in xylauiqrr way I had arrived late. And she tells me that the doctor had been gone for hours and that there would be no one to attend to me. I understand that I am late but they could also cancel me earlier or in the enteeda to say that they will not attend me. Not letting so much time go by to say they wouldn't have me. I understand that maybe at reception sometimes they spend that time of things and that the doctors cannot control that. But it is very bad taste to do that and especially to make people in the rain. I tried to make appointments and they did not attend. I understand that perhaps they no longer want to attend to me. But they should say that they do not want to perform the service and not give people turns or waste their time. The facilities are good and there are friendly staff, but I woke up from the reception and the staff that takes care of the appointments the service is terrible. The truth is that all these mistreatments give much to be desired and minimize work and good facilities.
