★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio dental me parece bueno pero tengo una queja con la recepcionista de este lugar, el primer día me habló bien solo para venderme una membresía de 800 pesos, la segunda visita se portó prepotente conmigo y con una de mis acompañantes. Al querer hacer una tercera cita por Whatsapp la susodicha leía los mensajes pero no los respondía apesar de que se le explicaba que era por una emergencia, me dió cita pero después, al asistir me dijo que no estaba registrada la cita. Hay agende una tercera cita por qué era un CASO URGENTE.
Ya para está tercera cita recibí un trato humillante y grosero esta mujer se colocó en la puerta negandome el acceso con mentiras de que no se puede esperar en la "sala de espera" y que me fuera.
Me parece muy desagradable este tipo de trato hacia los clientes que estamos pagando simplemente por qué no le agradas a esta persona.
Espero que tomen en cuenta este comentario para que solucionen está situación
The dental service seems good to me but I have a complaint with the receptionist of this place, the first day she spoke well to me only to sell me a membership of 800 pesos, the second visit she behaved arrogant with me and with one of my companions. When she wanted to make a third appointment through Whatsapp, the aforementioned woman read the messages but did not answer them despite the fact that it was explained to her that it was for an emergency, she gave me an appointment but later, when I attended, she told me that the appointment was not registered. There is a third appointment scheduled because it was an URGENT CASE.
Already for this third appointment I received a humiliating and rude treatment, this woman stood at the door denying me access with lies that you cannot wait in the "waiting room" and that I should leave.
I find this type of treatment towards clients who are paying simply because this person does not like you very unpleasant.
