Regretful of my decision to get them filled. Clinic has dental students practicing, this should be disclosed to patients beforehand.

It appears as if website has been neglected. Not much caring for those of us who apply Covid precautions and rely on phone calls.

Now willing to fly back for crown and implant that didnt get done when we lived there. Since there is no toll free number or email address on website, I just went to facebook and messaged on messenger.

Dr. Candy is so professional and wonderful bedside manner, puts you to ease right off the bat. She’s so gentle and I can’t say enough about her, Juan, and the staff. They run a well oiled machine. I’ve had fillings, cleanings and soon I’ll be getting my implants done there as well. Love, love, love.

I made a appointment in the USA because I heard she was a good dentist for my daughter. I even got her exams she asked for. But she's found out was from the US and she increased my price sky high when got to Guadalajara. Her secretaries are so rude so unprofessional. They give you a prize and then they switch every single time you call. Please check before you go to this dentist because she's just wasted my time super unprofessional.

Dr. Ugalde showed me how to improve my teeth, smile and my dental health all around. She repaired and replaced teeth effortlessly and with a smile. I could not be happier and will continue as her patient . I recommend her expertise, knowledge, personality and staff.

We both had cleaning and multiple fillings with Dr. Alejandra, and Dr. Candy did a front tooth reconstruction (like "composite class 4") and a molar "onlay". We believe we had the best dental service. At one occasion when two fillings were billed, it was a little more than at a previous time, but I thought one was a more complicated one, so I accepted it. At the final review, they voluntarily explained that it was an error and they refunded the difference.
