★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy ahí desde que abrieron, ya van a ser 6 años. Voy a la sucursal de Pabellón Polanco. Me hice un tratamiento muy costoso (porque sus precios son altissimos) y no me sellaron bien uno de mis dientes. Cuando fui a que me revisaran, no sólo no me quiso atender la persona que me había hecho el trabajo sino que me hicieron un presupuesto altissimo para arreglármelo sin ningún tipo de descuento. Siendo que había sido error de ellos y que soy clientes desde su apertura. Me dejaron en la recepción sola y nadie quiso atenderme para hablar sobre el asunto. No vuelvo a ir. Cobran caro, hacen mal el trabajo y tienen pésima actitud con sus pacientes. Cuidado!
I've been there since they opened, it's going to be 6 years. I go to the Pavilion Polanco branch. I had a very expensive treatment (because their prices are very high) and one of my teeth was not sealed well. When I went to have me checked, not only did the person who had done the work not attend me but they made me a very high budget to fix it without any discount. Being that it had been their error and that I have been clients since its opening. They left me at the reception alone and nobody wanted to assist me to talk about the matter. I will not go again. They charge dearly, do their job badly and have a very bad attitude towards their patients. Watch out!
