Thank you Dr Luis Delgado for your honesty and professionalism when dealing with my teeth. I visited Dr Luis’ clinic whilst on holiday, as I was due for my 6-month clean and wouldn’t be back in the UK for this. He named his price for a check-up and full clean which was average in Playa Del Carmen. After 5 minutes of checking my teeth, gums...etc and a few scrapes here and there, he asked me to rinse. He then told me that my teeth were in very good condition and I didn’t require a clean. He then sent me on my way without spending a single peso. Dr Luis could’ve easily done minimal polishing on my teeth and charge me the full amount for cleaning, yet he didn’t ask for any payment at all. He is a friendly and honest health professional with a clean and organised office. I would go to him in the future if I needed dental work done. Thank you for restoring faith in humanity in dentists, Dr Luis.

Dr Luis Delgado, Alberto Ortiz and the staff at Dental House are the most professional and caring dental professionals I have come across. Dr Delgado assessed that I had a serious infection and a dead tooth that required a root canal and crown. He is a very talented and caring dentist that I highly recommend. Even though I live in Canada I will come to Playa from now on for all my dental work in the future. Highly recommended.

About 25 years ago I had a large cavity in my upper two front teeth that were repaired and lasted about 10-15 years. Ever since the repair I have to go back to the dentist for an emergency repair once, twice or even three times a year. In 2017 my filling cracked about 1 week or less prior going to Cancun and I had no time to get it repaired. I looked into near by dentists in the Playa Del Carmen areas and found Dental House. I emailed back and forth with Luis Delgado a few times and felt very comfortable. The office is clean and he was very professional, bilingual and did an amazing job. I am an RN and was worried about going out of the US for dental treatment. I read over the reviews and some more than others reassured me (especially the one from Canada if I recall correctly). Again it is now two years. I have had many different dentists repair my front fillings over the years. You go in sit down, they file a little, put a few coats on and zap in between and out the door you go. With Luis Delgado he took his time and put multiple layers on and I would say it was as thick as a regular tooth. Initially I wanted to have dental implants because I was fed up. He could have done the procedure and charged about 10X as much but he said I was not a candidate because I am rough with my teeth (cheek biting). If you are worried, don't be. I always say if I ever need any major dental treatment done I will go back without any hesitation.

I was very impressed with my routine cleaning appointment and dental advice. Since I use neem to clean my teeth--no chemicals in my mouth--he found no plaque to remove--and reduced the price of the visit! He also advised against an implant, as had my TCM physician. The nerves in the mouth so effect other parts of the body that an implant is a radically invasive procedure. I had already decided against it. Then he explained the option of a bridge and how that would weaken teeth on either side. If you find dentists generally are ready to provide whatever you ask, for the $$$, here's an excellent alternative. I brought a friend who had a root canal with rapid healing and no pain meds needed. Highly recommend!

Dr Delgado from Dental house was excellent. I had a checkup and full cleaning. He was very professional, took time to explain things to me in good English and had a very nice and clean treatment room. I met him working out of his new premises on 10th Av between 38th and 40th

Stumbled upon this place by chance while vacationing in Mexico, and after just one consultation I was completely convinced that Dr. Delgado was the right person to do my dental implants. The implants itself were done in less than half an hour and I was able to continue my vacation with no pain at all, which was such a surprise to me because the dentists back home in Canada made it seem like such a complicated and painful process. Dr. Delgado is brilliant at what he does and is one of the most caring and kindest souls I have ever met. His assistant, Alberto, is also a really charming guy and together, they make this experience truly one of a kind. I highly recommend this clinic and I will most definitely be returning when I get the chance to.

I recently lost my job due to Covidvirus 19 cutbacks, and thus also our dental insurance. We thought, let's try a dental vacation. Dr. Luis Delgado at Dental House, is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We got our teeth cleaned and asked about implants and other work. I was surprised to discover that my gaps are not candidates for implants as it would be too dangerous a risk!! Wow! Eye opener!! He works with many American insurance companies that we can apply fo with help for other dental issues. We will be going back for those!! We were happy to see that Mexico has very high social distance practices and cleanliness standards so tourists are safe. Another perk! No crowds!!

Dr. Luis Delgado provided prompt and professional dental services after my 4.5yr old daughter injured her teeth on the beach. Digital x-rays were taken and the images were emailed to me with a thorough and intelligible explanation and recommendation, in English, all on the same day that I phoned to request an appointment. My dentist in Canada reviewed the x-rays and concurred entirely with Dr. Delgado's examination and advice. Additionally, to my utter surprise and insistence, Dr. Delgado refused to charge for his services as he was genuinely compassionate towards my daughter's tooth ache and discomfort. That speaks volumes about his personal character as a professional medical practitioner.
