I’m doing my dental treatments in the clinic: braces, implants, and other treatments: I tried to do it in Houston but the prices were sooo high. So I did some research online and found this clinic: from the beginning of my treatments til today, both foctors and staff have been taking good care of me, Dr. Damiela is awesome, she does anything to help and better assist her patients, The service is perfect, prices are excellent, many ppl told me:” don’t go to Mexico for your teeth! Do more research.” I told them: I am happy with dental inc, I love the staff, my case is a little challenging, but they go above and beyond to provide me with the care I need. I also love how they are patient with me as I keep calling them whenever I have an issue- which is normal- and Dr. Daniela always find the best way to explain me what she can do to better handle the issue. I stumbled upon a good thing! They’re very helpful! Very caring and organized team of people. Most if not all staff speaks english. The facility is very clean. They offer medical transportation and the driver is very prompt. Communication is perfect and their work is even better. I’m definitely a lifetime patient.

I needed extensive dental work including implants, root canals, replacing old fillings etc. No way I could afford it in the States. After researching options, we found Dental inc in Matamoros. The idea of coming to Mexico from Minnesota was daunting. We inquired and spoke with Ocief a friendly, professional, english speaking staffer who communicated often throughout the experience, so we made an appointment. The first trip across the border was very intimidating, but the shuttle provided by Dental inc was great and the friendly staff and clean, modern facility put us more at ease. The first appointment with Dr.Trevino was simply amazing! Using the latest imaging technology she had a 3D scan performed (off-site) , took pictures and spent a lot of time with me explaining exactly what was needed, including jaw alignment issues, bone density challenges and a comprehensive treatment plan. I felt like we were good friends at the end of the day. Dr. Trevino brought in Dr. America, an Oral surgeon from Mexico City to do the implants who was equally informative, highly skilled and as personable as Dr Trevino. We spent 5 days there, going back and forth from Brownsville and the border crossing became routine. After the implants I needed to have stitches removed back in the States. The dentist who removed them took an x-ray and said the work was top-notch. We need to go back for the rest of the work and now look forward to the trip, during which We will probably stay in Matamoros at a local hotel if we can resist the draw of South Padre Island beach time. First time at Dental Inc. in Matamoros and I would like to say that my experience was great. Like all other times, I get nervous going in. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. The dental office is very clean and precautions are taken to sanitize the area. I highly recommend this dentist office. They accept cash, debit card and cash app. I will be going back for dental work. ?

Dental Inc. Matamoros was a smooth and great experience. First off their office was clean and they offered sanitizer and gloves. It appeared that they sanitized the office thoroughly. The Doctor was very informative and let me know everything that he was doing. The whole staff was kind and they made me feel welcomed. I’ll recommend Dental Inc to anyone from now on.

Dental inc has been very helpful and courteous. We are from the United States. My children (in their 20’s ) have been going over for their dental needs and everyone is always so friendly. They communicate with me the whole time from the moment their van picks my kids up at the bridge to when the van is bringing them back ! Makes me feel so comfortable with my kids crossing the border for their dental needs. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a good and professional dentist at a good price !

I have been in treatment with Dental Inc. for over a year. Their work is professional and the implants done by Dr. America are top quality. They have a clean facility and great customer service. They reason for my 2 start is based on their prices and lack of transparency on your true balance. I spent alot going back and forth and requested my treatment to be finalized in advance to ensure that all imprints were taken. They contonued to place temporary crown and asked me to keep returning for night guards. Fast forward my last cost was approx $3,600 and I had a credit of $1,200. When I confirmed my appointment and ask if this was my last visit due to my pregnancy they stated that I had to return once again. Due to medical reasons I cannot return so I asked to please use my credit for a future implant treatment of to retun it. Now they stated that ithere was a blling issue and I own them so my credit is only 120.00 I am very dissapointed with the abuse of trust and want to share with fellow travelers. If you visit please set clear expectations of how many times you plan to return and get itimized bills.

Great team and facility! I was in need of a root canal with lots of pain shooting up my face from a cracked tooth and needing some immediate attention. I did not have dental insurance and was looking at thousands to repair in the US so I started looking in MX. I found Dental Inc and they were very welcoming, spoke great English, and could have me in later that day. I could not make that same day appointment so I booked for the following day where they referred me to multiple hotels in which I stayed at Hotel Alameda in Matamoros. It was great at only $56 paying onsite! Los Apaches Tacos is an excellent too haha Dr Genesis and the entire team repaired a root canal, quite a few other cavities, and fillings with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Care the entire process! I put this work off for years due to prices in the US and lack of dental insurance. Now I am so so thankful for giving the Dental Inc team some upfront trust which they returned and delivered upon multiple times over! Great experience and would refer to anyone ?? Thank you so much!
