★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ortodoncista y sus asistentes cada vez son menos empaticos con el paciente, parece IMSS. Cerraron sus puertas por mucho tiempo por la pandemia (siendo que no deberían haber cerrado ya que pertenece a uno de los sectores esenciales), y ahora que fui muchos meses después, prácticamente me culparon del poco avance que tuve.
The orthodontist and his assistants are less and less empathic with the patient, it seems IMSS. They closed their doors for a long time due to the pandemic (being that they should not have closed since it belongs to one of the essential sectors), and now that I went many months later, they practically blamed me for the little progress I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio ? saben ganarse la confianza de los niños. Aun Estoy sorprendida porque en California El Niño no se dejaba con el dentista y lo querían poner a dormir. En cambio aquí fue todo lo contrario. Gracias por su servicio y por sus precios razonables.
Very good service ? they know how to win the trust of children. I am still surprised because in California El Niño did not let the dentist and they wanted to put him to sleep. Instead here it was the opposite. Thank you for your service and reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de las recepcionistas, te dejan en visto, no te responden los msj o te contestan dos días después, les preguntas sobre algo y no te solucionan, solicitas facturas y nunca te las envían. y el trato súper mal. Todo referente al las recepcionistas.
Terrible service from the receptionists, they leave you in sight, they don't answer your messages or they answer you two days later, you ask them about something and they don't solve it, you request invoices and they never send them to you. and the super bad treatment. All about the receptionists.
