Bastante profesional, tuve que salir del consultorio ya que es procedimiento no solo en este consultorio, lo mismo ha sido en el hospital central militar, ya que son los únicos lugares donde mi hija ha recibido atención dental! Y por mi experiencia son los mejores sitios para atención dental infantil!
 My 6 year old daughter also had a pulpectomy treatment and everything was perfect! Quite professional, I had to leave the office since it is a procedure not only in this office, the same has been in the central military hospital, since they are the only places where my daughter has received dental care! And from my experience they are the best places for children's dental care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hijo de 6 años sentía molestia y me di cuenta que ya estaba empezando a salir un nuevo diente en la encía de abajo. Como ya es tiempo de mudar y no se le caia el anterior , busque alguna referencia en Internet de algun dentista para niños y encontré este consultorio y debo decir que la experiencia para ser la primera vez que me toca vivir los nervios de que un dentista atendiera a mi hijo. La verdad quede muy satisfecha. El doctor Ferrnando me explicó lo que tenia y lo más recomendable ,lo atendió muy bien, mostro empatia y eso le dio confianza a mi hijo, salio contento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día martes 28 de enero, acudí a esta seudoclínica "especialistas en niños", a servicio de pulpotomía, no nos dejaron pasar y por fuera podíamos ver a la niña parcialmente, casi al final del proceso mi niña se pone a llorar, lo cual es extraño ya que no suele hacerlo, soporta bien el dolor, asombrada, en el camino le cuestioné y me dijo que durante el procedimiento el dentista le repetía multitud de veces que no llorara y la golpeaba por debajo con su rodilla, señor dentista ¿es esa forma de tratar a un niño? Sea profesional y no se anuncie como especialista en niños cuando ni idea tiene de cómo atenderlos, un curso impartido en una institución seria no le vendría nada mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace cerca de 15 días lleve a mi hijo de 4 años y tamb pidió q saliera, al salir se puso a llorar, supuse q fue por la anestesia y el sr salió a indicarme q es normal, minutos más tarde me dejaron entrar y lo vi acostado y tranquilo, terminaron la cirugía y mi hijo salio bien del lugar, días después le dio infección y es que no hubo un antibiótico ni antes ni dsps de la cirugía. También en esa noche mi hijo me comento que este sr le golpeó en la cabeza y le dijo q dejara de llorar y me moleste muchísimo porque si se dice ser profesional xq actúa así, al igual q la mamá anterior iniciaremos proceso legal

Also on that night my son told me that this gentleman hit him on the head and told him to stop crying and it bothered me a lot because if he says he is a professional because he acts like that, just like the previous mother, we will initiate legal proceedings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace una semana llevamos a mi niño a una revisión, para empezar el doctor nos saco del consultorio y dijo que solo se podía quedar el niño.
Yo no lo quería dejar porque se que a mi niño le asustan las inyecciones y cuando vio la jeringa de la anestesia se asusto mucho, pero el doctor dijo que no podíamos permanecer por cuestiones de pandemia, cuando salimos nos comento que el doctor le golpeo la cabeza y lo insulto diciéndole que dejara de llorar.
Me da mucho coraje que existan doctores así, y que no demuestren empatía por miedo que tienen los niños.
Ya estoy viendo por que vías legales actuar para que dejen de ocurrir estos casos de abuso infantil.

It makes me very angry that there are doctors like this, and that they don't show empathy out of fear that children have.
I am already looking at what legal ways to act so that these cases of child abuse stop happening.
