★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. No te pueden contestar un mensaje durante dos días, les escribes y nada. Aunque su agenda esté saturada, no les toma ni tres segundos contestarte e indicar que están checando tus datos. Si es una urgencia así es su proceso para la atención? No recomiendo su servicio en lo absoluto.
 Terrible customer service. They can't answer a message for two days, you write them and nothing. Although their agenda is saturated, it does not take them three seconds to answer you and indicate that they are checking your data. If it is an emergency, is this your process for care? I do not recommend your service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca pensé decir esto de mi experiencia con mi dentista por que generalmente no es algo que me encante pero la Dra Karen y el Dr Marcelo me han hecho sentir muy cómoda y acompañada en mis servicios dentales, son muy amables, toman fotos para ver el antes y el después del tratamiento, me explican todo y su consultorio está en perfecto estado y ubicación.
I never thought to say this about my experience with my dentist because generally it is not something that I love but Dr. Karen and Dr. Marcelo have made me feel very comfortable and accompanied in my dental services, they are very kind, they take photos to see the before and after the treatment, they explain everything to me and their office is in perfect condition and location.

Ir al dentista siempre me había puesto nervioso y era algo que posponia o evitaba, pero gracias a la excelente atención de todos los doctores (Marcelo, Karen, Victor y Gustavo) se volvió algo agradable acudir a mi cita semanal. Estoy muy feliz con su trabajo, es de la más alta calidad con precios adecuados. El trato es personalizado y dan seguimiento en todo momento, se aseguran de que te vallas feliz y sin ninguna duda, tienen especialistas para cualquier necesidad. I am totally satisfied with the results of the treatment I received at Dental Prime. Going to the dentist had always made me nervous and it was something that I postponed or avoided, but thanks to the excellent attention of all the doctors (Marcelo, Karen, Victor and Gustavo) it became pleasant to go to my weekly appointment. I am very happy with your work, it is of the highest quality with adequate prices. The treatment is personalized and they follow up at all times, they make sure that you leave happy and without any doubt, they have specialists for any need. They have become my trusted dentist. I highly recommend.

Desde la revisión, mis nervios a la silla se apaciguaron, el trato de Víctor fue excepcional, limpio, cuidadoso y efectivo, no tuve problema con ninguno de los procedimientos y hasta me genero cierto gusto el tener cita al dentista
En las endodoncias, Abraham y Melany trabajaron impecable, al grado que disfruté y aprecié el poder darle mantenimiento adecuado a mi dentadura
Estoy ínfimamente agradecido, regresaré aquí a mis futuros procedimientos
Undoubtedly an experience that I will keep in my memory forever, since I was little I have had a panic about the dentist's chair, the nerves led me not to treat myself for around 10 years; I had the opportunity to meet Dental Prime and the dentists who attended me, from the first appointment, the vibe was incredible, Marcelo at reception generated great confidence in me.
Since the revision, my nerves to the chair calmed down, Victor's treatment was exceptional, clean, careful and effective, I had no problem with any of the procedures and I even generated a certain pleasure to have an appointment to the dentist
In the root canals, Abraham and Melany worked flawlessly, to the degree that I enjoyed and appreciated being able to properly maintain my teeth
