I am one of those dental chickens. Dra Erika was patient will me. We did 5 implants, 16 veneers, and 2 bridges. The staff took good care of me. I was difficult. Everything came out fine. Thanks Dental PV.

I was referred to this dentist to have my teeth removed and dentures and implants put in. Seven teeth were removed in one day with minimal pain medication. One tooth broke off and was left. Over two years later it is still there. I am not afraid of many things, but this dentist scares me to death. . It was so painful and rushed l couldn't go back. I will suffer the pain and damage done to my mouth the rest of my life. I recommend that someone wanting dental care get the opinions of 3-5 people who have had dental work done very recently. Speak with the dentist before any arrangements are finalized. Ask about pain medication, how long the treatment will take, follow-up care involving office visits, cost, and the "what ifs". What if you damage my mouth so bad it will never be the same? Mine offered to fix his handy work for free. No thanks doc!

Georges did consult with several dentists specialized in crowns. He chose Dra. Erika, from the Dental PV clinic, based on experience, timeline to do the treatments, and fees. All dentists that Georges consulted with said that his case is very complicated. Georges has a crossbite all around. He does have his own teeth and does not want to have implants or dentures, and opted for crowns. In order to have crowns on specific teeth Georges needed to have 7 root canals, which were performed by a root canal specialist at Dra. Erika’s dental office. When the root canal treatments healed Dra. Erika put 22 porcelain crowns. Dra. Erika took several dental impressions which she sent to the lab. In addition, Dra. Erika went to the lab to work with her best technician to ensure the final crowns best results. Unfortunately, given the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic Georges had to return to Canada sooner than planned (Canada Prime Minister ordered all Canadians being abroad to return home asap). That impacted the lab and Dra. Erika’s work schedules by asking both of them to complete a week prior than planned. Consequently, the final crowns did not meet Dra. Erika’s and Georges’ expectations and there was no time to resend the crowns to the lab. Dra. Erika did install the new crowns. Consequently, Dra. Erika did offer Georges to come back to her clinic next year to redo the work at no charge. Georges was touched by Dra. Erika’s professional caring and ethics. While Georges is a Denturist and therefore, worked closely with Dra. Erika, he can assess that the crowns final results would have been perfect has it not been of the pandemic. In conclusion, Georges recommends Dra. Erika to anyone needing dental care. Muchas gracias Dra. Erika. I went to Dra. Erika for a deep cleaning. Since I have very sensitive teeth I cannot tolerate any dental ultrasonic (water pressure tool), cold water, and air pump. So the deep cleaning must be performed with the manual teeth scaling tools. Dra. Erika spent 2 hours cleaning my teeth with patience and caring. I was very pleased with how white my teeth were after the procedure. I would return to Dra. Erika anytime. I do recommend Dra.
