★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informales. En 2 ocasiones cancelaron mis citas con horas de anticipación. Te piden puntualidad porque de lo contrario cancelan tu cita y me llegaron a atender hasta 25 minutos después de la hora programada. Mi blanqueamiento dental duró 3 días.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para una limpieza dental, y blanqueamiento en promoción que encontré en la página de Peixe. Al principio la doctora Karla, me comentó que tenia solo 4 caries y de esas 4 caries, 1 no estaba en el paquete contratado, por lo que tendría que pagar.
Después de la limpieza y blanqueamiento (alrededor de 1 mes despúes), Karla me comentó que tenía en total 16 caries y que podía ir pagandolas poco a poco o en meses sin intereses.
Se me hizo muy raro y no le comenté nada pero consulté con otros dos dentistas, y me comentaron que no tenia ninguna caries. Y que una de mis recinas necesitaría ser reemplazada en alrededor de 1 año. Karla estaba dispuesta a rehacer todas las recinas que yo tengo, generándome dolor y padecimiento innecesario a cambio de recibir un incentivo monetario.
La verdad es que es una pena que dentistas como ella engañen a la gente, espero que muchas personas puedan leer esta reseña para que sepan que tipo de dentista es Karla. A la cual no le interesa tu salud bucal, si no el grueso de su billetera.
Les recomiendo que utilizen solo su promoción que incluye limpieza y blanqueamiento, después no la vuelvan a visitar y no permitan que les haga ninguna recina (ya que hay paquetes que la tienen incluida) a menos que ustedes estén concientes de que tienen Caries, y sepan donde esan localizadas.
Además Karla te hace firmar un estilo contrato en donde te hace saber que si llegas mas de 10 minutos tarde a su cita, te cobrará una multa de 400 pesos. En una ocación Karla llegó 24 minutos tarde, y nunca mencionó ninguna retribución por el retraso que me generó.
Karla nunca inició mis consultas a la hora programada, siempre me tuvo sentado esperando alrededor de minutos, muy poco profesional para una persona que te hace firmar un contrato de puntualidad.
ACTUALIZACIÓN:
Karla leyó mi comentario en Google, trató de darle la vuelta al asunto diciendo que se confundió de expediente de paciente, cosa que no fué asi, ya que ella me estuvo cambiando el numero de caries en la última cita, donde me aseguró despues de confirmar con su asistente que eran 16 en total, verificando la pocisión en un mapa bucal que quedo marcado en mi expediente.
Si necesitan tanto tiempo para realizar la limpieza por protocolos de COVID, deberían de llegar mas temprano para cumplir con el horario al cual me piden llegar, seguramente los 25 minutos que esperé a la doctora en lo que llegaba por que estaba atorada en el tráfico, no fueron para limpiar la oficina.

I went for a dental cleaning, and promotional whitening that I found on the Peixe page. At first, Dr. Karla told me that I had only 4 cavities and of those 4 cavities, 1 was not in the contracted package, so I would have to pay.

I recommend that you use only your promotion that includes cleaning and whitening, then do not visit it again and do not allow me to do any recinement (since there are packages that have it included) unless you are aware that you have cavities, and you know where they are located.
In addition, Karla makes you sign a contract style where she lets you know that if you are more than 10 minutes late for her appointment, she will charge you a fine of 400 pesos. On one occasion Karla was 24 minutes late, and she never mentioned any compensation for the delay she caused me.
Karla never started my consultations at the scheduled time, she always had me sitting waiting around minutes, very unprofessional for a person who makes you sign a punctuality contract.

Karla read my comment on Google, tried to turn the matter around saying that she got confused about the patient file, which was not the case, since she was changing the number of cavities in the last appointment, where she assured me after confirming with his assistant that there were 16 in total, verifying the position on an oral map that was marked in my file.
If they need so much time to perform the cleaning by COVID protocols, they should arrive earlier to comply with the schedule at which they ask me to arrive, surely the 25 minutes that I waited for the doctor when she arrived because she was stuck in traffic, they did not go to clean the office.

No me hizo el blanqueamiento hasta que tapara esas 17 caries por lo cual decidí acudir a otro dentista el cual me dijo que no tenía ni 1! Así que esa es su lamentable u engañosa manera de proceder.
