Excellent experience with Dentist Zambrano, he fixed the problem I had after the extraction of my wisdom tooth due to the negligence of another dentist in another country. Thanks to the dentist Zambrano I finally feel that my tooth is healing well. He is a very friendly person and his very loving assistant. I recommend them to everyone! I went to have a bracket adjustment and one of my pieces had come off, he made the adjustment ($700) and the piece did not stick, when I asked him why he told me that he was going to keep the piece because he was going to “ recondition” (the piece wasn't broken or anything, it just came off the tooth) and that the cost of gluing the piece to me is $300 (usd$15) PLUS adjustment. It seemed strange to me because they have never charged me for sticking a simple piece that came off. Less than a month passes, and another piece comes off and the wire comes out from inside one of the brackets, I go to have it fixed (since he had made the last adjustment less than a month ago) AND I I WANTED TO CHARGE FOR SOLVING THE WRONG WORK. and apart from charging $300 pesos for gluing each piece. In other words, if I wanted to place the wire inside ONE single bracket that was poorly closed during adjustment, I HAD TO PAY. And if I wanted to make my monthly adjustment I had to pay $700 + $300 for each piece that came off (2 pieces, usd$30 total). That is, $1,300 total, for having my brackets adjusted well. The pieces ARE NOT NEW, he was not selling them to me, they were mine, I had them. They had simply come off and he was trying to charge me the value as if he were selling me the pieces that I wear myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, they are not clear on money issues. I forgot to mention that the first time he told me that sticking the bracket piece would cost $300 and the second time I went, he told me $250. They put the value on you, depending on what face they see you.
