El teléfono siempre manda a buzón, el whatsapp contesta mis preguntas con "Bienvenida a Dentalbelt" y no me da respuesta hasta después de 3 horas sin siquiera contestar concretamente lo que pregunté. Imposible establecer comunicación clara. Me parece muy poco profesional para un consultorio y esto no me da confianza en sus servicios, especialmente si se trata de salud. Buscaré otras opciones. Terrible customer service. The phone always sends to the mailbox, the whatsapp answers my questions with "Welcome to Dentalbelt" and does not give me an answer until after 3 hours without even answering specifically what I asked. Impossible to establish clear communication. I find it very unprofessional for a practice and this does not give me confidence in their services, especially when it comes to health. I will look for other options.
D	Daniela González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OJO AL REALIZARSE LA BICHECTOMÍA Y LIPOPAPADA AQUÍ Me realicé ambas cirugías y NUNCA te dan el nombre del maxilofacial para tú buscarlo , después de la cirugía NO TE DAN LISTA DE CUIDADOS NI RECOMENDACIONES , la receta NO ES DEL MAXILOFACIAL y la consulta post cirugía TAMPOCO TE LA DE ÉL, en resumen nunca te dan sus datos, es importante saber quién te está metiendo mano pero NUNCA TE DAN SUS DATOS, todo muy sospechoso, aunque parece ser un médico profesional REALMENTE NUNCA LO SABES, la cirugía es rápida y parecen tener tanta prisa en atenderte. POR UNOS CUANTOS PESOS MÁS TE LA PUEDE HACER UN CIRUJANO PLÁSTICO, REALMENTE ME ARREPIENTO DE HABERLA REALIZADO CON ELLOS, OJALÁ TOMEN ESTO EN CUENTA LAS FUTURAS PACIENTES. Me gustó mucho el servicio por parte de todos y en especial de los doctores, pues me explicaban paso a paso mi tratamiento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Desde su contenido en Instagram hasta la atención al paciente es muy buena.
