Simply shameful, this place is nonsense and they can even be accused of discrimination. They called me to cancel an appointment that I had scheduled and the reason was that: the doctor who attended was a special doctor and that he was the one who chose to treat his patients! As you read ..... there are many people in Mexico professional, eager to work, really do not fall for this place if you want for a matter of ethics and moral principles! Terrible service and terrible professionals who think they are top-notch when consulting in a simple mall.

Appalling! Do not go! I went for a toothache, they did an x-ray and invented a sting. They told me that I needed an inlay (practically putting on a new tooth) with a budget of 5,000 pesos. I asked them for my plates to ask for a second opinion in another office, they didn't want to give them to me; After consulting with my trusted dentist, he told me that there was no such sting just tartar buildup, which he removed with a simple cleaning. The ethics of these types is deplorable, they are disgusting, they were going to undo a healthy tooth in order to have their slice. Disgusting place don't go.

Very bad service, very expensive! They wanted to do many (unnecessary) things to me even though my resins were very new and I had no discomfort! Which made me go with another doc who confirmed that they are just stains that must be under review and that by working a little bit of caries that if I have, more of the healthy tooth is destroyed instead of helping. Better go to your trusted doctor instead of paying for unnecessary and dangerous things for your mouth there!

Don't even bother going. They just want to charge you more money. They told me that I had 16 chipped teeth and I did not have good oral hygiene and I WASH MY TEETH 9 TIMES A DAY, another doctor examined me and said it was not true. You can imagine how much they wanted to charge me. They also put something on me, according to them a 400 peso mineral that only painted my teeth black from the back, it almost gave me a heart attack. THE WORST DOCTOR.

I gave them 2 stars because on previous occasions I had no problems with their service. They were nice and the work they did for me was fine, but my last visit was the worst. I only went for a discomfort in a tooth and they came out with that I needed 6 root canals with posts and crowns! In addition to other treatments that other dentists confirmed that I do NOT need, a normal cleaning was enough. The total cost of the treatment they offered me was excessively high and they tried to justify it by saying that it is because of the good quality of the materials, but in other clinics they offer the same or perhaps better materials at more reasonable prices. It gives the impression that they are only looking to get money from you and do not show that they are interested in saving your teeth. They are very insistent that you make payments in advance to "take advantage of promotions or interest-free months" but they are only interested in covering their fees. All this seems to me a complete lack of professional ethics. Seek second opinions or other options before discussing here.

I asked them over and over the net cost of the treatment. Already when I was in the middle of the treatment the doctor told me that to finish it I had to pay an extra cost. Void professional ethics, it is not a place to trust, less when it comes to health.

I do not recommend this clinic. Just as most of the reviews say, the main objective of this branch or specifically Jazmín (she is in charge of the branch), is to get money at every opportunity. They make a diagnosis and the budgets they draw are exorbitant I went to like 3 appointments for one main problem but every time my appointment ended, they wanted to schedule me the next week for another procedure, with the intention of being paid and paid. Until they are explicitly told NO. It is shameful that the main purpose is economic and not to make the patient feel confident. I asked for two more opinions and fortunately they gave me other solutions, always trying to make me feel safe, calm and with the best explanation. Do not go to this clinic it is a total robbery.
