★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué con una emergencia de dolor intenso. La atención de recepción y de los ayudantes es buena. Son atentos y amables.
Pero a la hora de explicar las cosas que se deben hacer no hay claridad. Pasé a qué me hicieran radiografía con una chica y al salir solo me indicó que había lesiones (sin decirme la naturaleza o diagnostico de esas lesiones). Me comentó que había que esperar a que llegara el doctor para decidir qué hacer. Tuve que esperar más de 1 hr con el dolor intenso y cuando el doctor me pudo atender solo hizo la extracción sin explicarme más sobre el diagnóstico o siguientes pasos o costos.
No entiendo como es posible que te dejen salir de una consulta sin tener claro lo que te acaban de hacer, el porqué y lo que se tiene que hacer a futuro.
En resumen no me gustó nada la experiencia en el lugar.
 I came in with an emergency of severe pain. The attention of reception and assistants is good. They are attentive and friendly.
But when it comes to explaining the things that must be done, there is no clarity. I went to have an x-ray done with a girl and when she left she only told me that there were injuries (without telling me the nature or diagnosis of those injuries). He told me that we had to wait for the doctor to arrive to decide what to do. I had to wait more than 1 hour with the intense pain and when the doctor was able to treat me, he only did the extraction without explaining more about the diagnosis or the next steps or costs.
I do not understand how it is possible that they let you leave a consultation without being clear about what they just did to you, why and what has to be done in the future.
In summary, I did not like the experience at all.
