Me hicieron venir aquí a Dentalia Buenavista, diciéndome por whatsapp un día antes que se había desocupado una cita con el protesista Noel por la mañana, llego y se encuentra cerrado el lugar!!! Que gran falta de atención y pérdida de tiempo, ya que uno tiene cosas que hacer, se programa para venir y se encuentra cerrado! Se me hace una burla al cliente ya que no respetan el tiempo de uno y además engañan a uno diciendo que hay citas. Además uno toma todas las precauciones por la pandemia y evitar aglomeraciones respetando el tiempo de los demás.
Instalaciones sucias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, ni una Estrella se merecen. Me quité mis molares y la doctora ni se sabía mi nombre y me preguntó cuáles me iba a quitar cuando se supone que ella tiene mi expediente. Leí reseñas que el lugar estaba sucio y creo que el problema de verdad es que no tienen los cuidados suficientes, durante mi cirugía entraban y salían las personas, lo cual se me hace antihigiénico dada la situación actual.
Very bad experience, not one Star deserves. I removed my molars and the doctor did not even know my name and asked me which ones I was going to remove when she is supposed to have my file. I read reviews that the place was dirty and I think the real problem is that they are not sufficiently cared for, during my surgery people came and went, which makes me unhygienic given the current situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal merece cero estrellas. En el mostrador me dieron una cita para miércoles con el endodoncista, vine y que siempre no, que era para el viernes. Me hicieron perder el tiempo y ni siquiera tenían bien registrado mi teléfono. Reagendé y cuando vuelvo tienen retrasos en las citas y hay que esperar un buen rato. Pésimo servicio particularmentr en esta sucursal de Dentalia.
This branch deserves zero stars. At the counter they gave me an appointment for Wednesday with the endodontist, I came and that always did not, it was for Friday. They made me waste my time and they didn't even have my phone registered properly. I resigned and when I return they have delays in their appointments and we have to wait a long time. Terrible service particularly at this Dentalia branch.
