★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendan citas a las 9 de la mañana , acudes y están cerrados!!! Llamas a su “centro de atención” y te dicen “mentiroso” porque ellos ahí tienen que abren a las 9.
They schedule appointments at 9 in the morning, you go and they are closed !!! You call their "attention center" and they call you "a liar" because they have to open at 9 there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato al paciente, prepotentes, burlones, responden de mala gana tus dudas, te dicen que necesitas cosas que no neesitas solo por vender. pero lo peor es que son muy toscos para hacer su trabajo y para tratar con el paciente, pareciera que te consulta un cajero del oxxo asi de tan mala gana.
Terrible treatment of the patient, arrogant, mocking, they reluctantly answer your questions, they tell you that you need things that you do not need just to sell. but the worst thing is that they are very rough to do their job and to deal with the patient, it seems that an oxxo cashier consults you so reluctantly.

Pagué mas de 2k pesos por un procedimiento que no sirvió de nada. Me dejaron un agujero en la encía y no sirvió de nada.
No me explicaron que implicaria puntos y me dejaron 1 semana con la boca en sangre y es fecha que tengo problemas.
Tienes que estar detras de ellos, 2 veces más de 1 semana en mandar las cosas, pésima atención.
Si quieres evitar hacer corajes NO VAYAS. Así de sencillo, al servicio de la comunidad.
Todavía justifican sus procedimientos como si tuvieran una atención de 100 con los pacientes.
Don't go to this place!! Avoid it!! If I could put 0/5 I would.
I paid more than 2k pesos for a procedure that was useless. They left a hole in my gum and it didn't help.
They did not explain to me that it would involve stitches and they left me with a bloody mouth for 1 week and that is when I have problems.
You have to be behind them, 2 times more than 1 week to send things, terrible attention.
If you want to avoid getting angry, DON'T GO. It's that simple, at the service of the community.
They still justify their procedures as if they have 100% care with patients.
