★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sigo sin entender cómo a estas alturas (año y medio casi) de pandemia, en la sucursal sigan trabajando a puerta cerrada, con gente haciendo espera dentro del mismo local, teniendo pasillos amplios y ventilados fuera de este. El lugar no tiene ventilación natural! "Tenemos aire acondicionado..." me contestan, aunque se siente calor dentro de sus instalaciones. No se puede confiar en un lugar cerrado con tanta gente por tanto tiempo donde además debes despojarte del cubrebocas que es la única protección parcial que a uno le queda.
 I still do not understand how at this point (almost a year and a half) of pandemic, the branch continues to work behind closed doors, with people waiting inside the same premises, having wide and ventilated corridors outside it. The place has no natural ventilation! "We have air conditioning ..." they answer me, although it feels hot inside their facilities. You cannot trust a closed place with so many people for so long where you also have to take off the mask that is the only partial protection that one has left.
