★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar. No desperdicien su dinero. Instalaciones exelentes pero son dentistas sin experiencia, si van para limpieza simple está perfecto, pero cualquier otro procedimiento no. Gracias dentalia por hacerme tirar mi dinero, y pagar nuevamente en otro lugar para que reparen lo que ustedes hicieron mal. Ah pero para cobrar carísimo son exelentes!
Terrible place. Don't waste your money. Excellent facilities but they are inexperienced dentists, if they go for a simple cleaning it is perfect, but not any other procedure. Thank you dentalia for making me waste my money, and pay again somewhere else to repair what you did wrong. Ah but to charge very expensive they are excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al entrar te ven con cara de bolsa de dinero. Insisten en tratamientos y pagos peor que si debieras dinero en Coppel.
Se supone que como cliente de Dentalia puedes ir a cualquier sucursal del país, pero los de Gran Plaza te ponen trabas para agarrarte con ellos. Su comportamiento muestra que les interesa más el dinero y cumplir sus metas de ventas que el servicio y experiencia de los pacientes.
Les recomiendo ir a otro dentalia en la ciudad, hay muchas mejores opciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No soy mucho de comentar lugares, pero la verdad hoy si quiero reconocer los que ahí trabajan, pues les toca aguantar mucho, hoy una señora se agarro insultando a una dra. y a los de recepción que porque no la pasaban, cuando le habían dicho que llevaban un retrasó y la señora estaba haciendo su escandalo.
Llevo mucho tiempo acudiendo a dentalia, y la verdad siempre me han tratado bien, claro es entendible a veces se les junta la gente y uno tiene que esperar, pero siempre te atienden y bien.
Y claro es un lugar un poco mas costoso, pero pues cada quien decide donde ir.
Pero en general son buenos.
