★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, tenía un convenio por parte de mi trabajo, agende la cita para limpieza dental, me hicieron esperar, trataron de venderme un servicio diferente (porque obvio la limpieza dental por convenio con mi trabajo no me me generaba costo) cómo les dije que solo iba a la limpieza se molestaron y me dijeron que tenía que esperar a que un técnico se desocupara, les dije que tenía cita agendada y dijeron que no se podía respetar.
Terrible attention, I had an agreement with my work, I made an appointment for dental cleaning, they made me wait, they tried to sell me a different service (because dental cleaning by agreement with my work obviously did not cost me) how did I tell them that I was just going to clean up, they got upset and told me that I had to wait for a technician to vacate, I told them that I had an appointment scheduled and they said that it could not be respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con los médicos odontólogos excelente tienen paciencia y explican a detalle, pero con la recepcionista Roxana Villegas Yañez, de la clínica ubicada en la plaza Antenas CDMX pésima prepotente, no acepta explicaciones acudí con mi hija la cual se iba hacer un tratamiento (que por cierto son costosos sus tratamientos), y esta sra. No me permitió esperar dentro de la clínica argumentando que salubridad no les permite, cabe señalar q soy una persona de 60 años siendo que también quería realizarme una limpieza dental , lo que está señorita ni siquiera me permitió explicar y solo argumentando que no podía permanecer dentro de la clínica la cual estaba vacía . Por lo cual a mi se me hace descriminacion ya que en una de las ocasiones que acudimos estaba otra señorita muy amable. Había pacientes hasta con dos acompañantes con ellos ni ni eran menores de edad ni adultos mayores entonces a quien si deja estar adentro y a quien no. Lo siento mucho pues nos queríamos realizar el tratamiento con ustedes pero desafortunadamente por el comportamiento de la señorita Roxana Villegas no se lo haremos porque mi dinero vale con ustedes y en otros lados, lastima de personal que hace que tomemos estás desiciones.

He did not allow me to wait inside the clinic arguing that health does not allow them, it should be noted that I am a person of 60 years being that I also wanted to have a dental cleaning, what this lady did not even allow me to explain and only arguing that I could not stay inside of the clinic which was empty. For this reason, discrimination is made to me since on one of the occasions we went there was another very nice lady. There were patients with up to two companions with them, they were neither minors nor older adults, so who does let them be inside and who does not. I am very sorry because we wanted to carry out the treatment with you but unfortunately due to the behavior of Miss Roxana Villegas we will not do it because my money is worth with you and elsewhere, a shame on the staff that makes us make these decisions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, te toman estudios para revisar en mi caso mi dolor en mi diente después el doctor me empezó a decir el porqué del tratamiento y al final el Sr Julio te resuelve las dudas que quedaron, se dedico a atender primero mi molestia (algo que ningun dentista hace realmente) saque mi financiamiento y ya ando viendo para mis otros dientes ?
