★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los dentistas son muy buenos, sobre todo el cirujano maxilofacial. Fui para la extracción de la muela del juicio y todo salió muy bien. Lo único malo es la recepcionista, es muy lenta, tarda mucho en cobrarte y agendarte cita. Muy mal.
 The dentists are very good, especially the maxillofacial surgeon. I went for the wisdom tooth extraction and everything went very well. The only bad thing is the receptionist, she is very slow, it takes a long time to charge you and make an appointment. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, se enfocaron en el tema a tratar, mi valoración la hicieron con ética y muy profesional sin tratar de meter tratamientos que no son necesarios (tristemente así pasa a veces con otros dentistas). El lugar muy limpio, la explicación muy buena, mucha puntualidad, me gustó mucho!
Very good attention, they focused on the topic to be treated, my assessment was made with ethics and very professional without trying to introduce treatments that are not necessary (sadly this is sometimes the case with other dentists). The place very clean, the explanation very good, a lot of punctuality, I really liked it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía mi cita a las 7:00 am. Un día antes me hablan para decirme que mejor a las 7:30 y hoy vengo corriendo do para llegar a tiempo y llegando me dicen que el médico cancelo, que había que re agendar y por tiempos, mi nueva cita es hasta dentro de 15 días :/ muy mal..
I had my appointment at 7:00 am. A day before they talk to me to say that it is better at 7:30 and today I come running to arrive on time and they tell me that the doctor canceled, that I had to re-schedule and for times, my new appointment is up to 15 days :/ very bad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrepentida de haber asistido aquí, nunca tienen disponibilidad, primero te dicen horarios de cita después otra cosa los del mostrador ni para dar las buenas tardes sirven, verdaderamente no vayan a ningún dentalia te cobran por adelantado ni hacen el trabajo te cancelan las citas sin anticipación no tinen un organización los Doctores estan de malas y se burlan de los pacientes es un asco todo Dentalia tambien su call center
Sorry for having attended here, they never have availability, first they tell you appointment times then something else those at the counter or to say good afternoon they serve, really do not go to any dentalia they charge you in advance or do the work they cancel your appointments without anticipation They do not have an organization, the Doctors are in a bad way and they make fun of the patients, it is disgusting, all Dentalia also their call center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una experiencia bastante mala. Me sugieron hacer 18 radiografias de prevencion y luego que las hice, nunca me enviaron copia de las mismas. Las pedi durante 8 MESES y fueron incapaces de enviarme copia de algo que pague :(
No lo recomiendo a nadie.
I had a pretty bad experience. They suggested I do 18 preventive X-rays and after I did them, they never sent me a copy of them. I asked for them for 8 MONTHS and they were unable to send me a copy of something that I paid for :(
I do not recommend to anybody.

Agendé 3:00 p.m. hable para comunicarme que llegaría 10-15 minutos tarde, se supone que las citas por temas COVID son cada hora así que no habría paciente hasta las 4, sólo iba por un presupuesto y el tipo que atiende el teléfono me dijo q mejor no llegará a menos que quisiera tomarme unas fotos para el expediente. Cero proactivos, no ofrecen alternativa, nisiquiera la opción de regentar, que mala impresión me generaron. Pero cuando ellos demoran entonces uno si debe esperarlos ... pésimos
Zero tolerance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamas lleven a sus hijos a este sitio, pesima actitud de la dentista, amarro a mi hija a la silla y le grito, nunca consideren este sitio, aparte de que me dieron un presupuesto que parecia me iba a comprar un auto. Mi peor experiencia
Never take your children to this place, terrible attitude of the dentist, I tie my daughter to the chair and yell at her, never consider this site, apart from the fact that they gave me a budget that seemed like I was going to buy a car. My worst experience
