I tried through their website, where after filling in all the fields that they asked me to confirm the appointment, they indicated that there was an error and to call by phone. On the phone all the operators were busy and while I filled in all the fields on the internet to try again and get the error, I waited 30 minutes without any operator being able to take my call. If this is the service for the new "sales" they might have, I can't imagine when you have your follow-up appointments, in the end I went to another dentist who was excellent. Pity because my company has an agreement with dentalia. Very bad.

I had how 4 years of not going to a dentist. I really went because my wisdom teeth were already getting in the way. My first visit 1 week ago was for cleaning and diagnosis. I was attended by a young woman named Carolina, my respects to her. I stopped going to a dentist due to bad experiences. I dared to go to Dentalia because it is a chain and it inspired me confidence. I do not regret. Today they fixed a small tooth decay and I asked to be scheduled again with Carolina. Excellent treatment and attention, try to stimulate the conversation to avoid stress or feeling uncomfortable. I totally recommend them. When they give you your diagnosis, they explain everything suggested and it is not mandatory that you do the suggested treatments. I did not find it expensive compared to independent clinics. I totally recommend them. They are not perfect but based on my experience I could say that I am more than satisfied. :)

It is unfortunate that Dentalia has people who are not professionals like Marlene Rodriguez Orthodontics, in the face of their malpractice they are not responsible, they do not record anything in the files so that there is no evidence of their terrible practice, and by not being able to resolve something that he knows how, because he doesn't have enough experience, he doesn't stop telling stories to try to justify himself and he even sends you to other specialists to see if he fixes his botches, he makes you go around and spend a thousand times on something that at first he knows is just to give longer, without solving anything, I hope Dentalia pays more attention to the profile of doctors, enough of people without verifiable experience, we are paying for a service that we assume are people who are prepared and experienced, pay more attention to their recruit and stop add to your team people, IMMATURE, NEGLIGENT, IRRESPONSIBLE, LITTLE ETHICAL AND ZERO PROFESSIONAL.

VERY BAD I am VERY DISSATISFIED with the result of my orthodontics :7 After I changed dentists (with Dr. Marlenne Rodríguez), everything started to go wrong. It took 6 more months than the original plan and my spaces did not close well nor did the bite fit me well. He told me that the retainers were going to close my spaces, even those of us who are not dentists know that that was not going to happen :( What do I have to do to solve something for which I already paid and even others?
