★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, son horribles en esta clínica, comenzando por los recepcionistas que muchas ocasiones dejan al sr de intendencia cuando quieren ir a platicar, que por cierto tiene mejor trato y es más servicial, cuidado con el Dr Náun que por ir a ver a su novia a todo te dice que estás bien, todo hace apurado y te deja caries debajo de la reciba que después tienes que ir a hacerte endodoncia y te dan puras largas para hacerte valer la garantía de su trabajo, y después no te contestan el teléfono porque según ellos su línea telefónica no sirve, para para agendarte citas posteriores ya nunca tienen horarios ni fechas próximas, llevo un mes de que inicie endodoncia y no me han podido dar cita para colocar el poste y amalgama, osea un mes que mataron el nervio y dejaron la muela expuesta y a la fecha no pueden darme cita para continuar tratamiento, si deciden asistir con ellos mucha suerte, es pero no pasen la experiencia que me tocó con ellos.

Estaré asistiendo regularmente sin duda. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no vale el precio. Pensaba que era una clínica más seria y profesional pero no es así. Las citas nunca son puntuales. Te hacen esperar hasta 20 o hasta 30 minutos. El costo de los servicios es mucho más caro que clínicas similares. Y la calidad es igual o peor. En mi caso se equivocaron en la medida de una corona y tuvieron que hacerme una muestra nueva.
Además, en la primera consulta de valoración se pueden tardar hasta 4 horas en darte el costo del tratamiento, por que solo hay un dentista que se encarga de decirte eso para todos los pacientes.

The cost of services is much more expensive than similar clinics. And the quality is the same or worse. In my case they made a mistake in the measurement of a crown and they had to make me a new sample.

He tenido muy mala experiencia con el personal administrativo de esta clínica, no responden el WhatsApp y tampoco responden el teléfono, tengo una urgencia y hacen caso omiso a mis mensajes. Ya en varias ocasiones he pedido la devulución del saldo que aún me queda con ellos, de verdad si no fuera por eso ya no acudiría. El problema no son los doctores, sino quienes administran. Además de ello, en una ocasión mencionaron que no había hecho el pago de un provisional que si me cobraron. Estoy harta, espero terminar el último tratamiento pendiente que tengo y ya no volver más o en su defecto, la devolución de mi saldo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo el personal de esta clínica tiene falta de profesionalismo.. Llevo más de un mes esperando a que me den seguimiento sobre mi tratamiento y no me dicen nada, prometen que para tal día te llaman o te tienen una respuesta y nada... tienes que estar atrás de ellos.
Para cobrar hasta se juntan, después de eso ya no les importas.
Sugiero eviten esta clínica.
