I had been with them for 1 year, time in which they had done some resins and cleanings, suddenly in times of pandemic I already have two bad teeth, one of them is an irreversible pulpoctomy and the other one that my old endodontics needs rework ... After about 5 months of dating them after this news, I noticed the following: 1st Bad administration: Appointments are not scheduled or are made wrongly, this happened to me 2 times, once on Saturday November 14 (rescheduled for December 2) and another today, December 30 ... where to avoid the above I waited 1.5 hrs in the plaza to finish the treatment. 2nd There are procedures that personally I think are done only "to get money", in my case it was a periodontics "Crown lengthening", which is a gum removal to leave more space to install a crown, in the end it did not work you're welcome and they had to make a square notch in the tooth to install the crown ... They wanted to do something similar with the endoposts, in the end they only required 1 and not two as they wanted to quote and charge (of course). 3rd The doctor who touched me in my "crown lengthening" procedure did not read my (important) medical record and consequently we lost that session and it was re-scheduled later. 4th Communication between the dentist and the patient is minimal, it is assumed that your patient knows why and after any procedure that is proposed / done, consequently I recommend investigating beforehand and trying to get the doctor to explain properly and without haste. 5th They gave me the impression that there is no knowledge between disciplines or communication: After not finishing an endodontic rework, I was summoned to a session to place provisionals, when I arrived at that appointment the dentist told me that she could not do her thing because she had not the endodontics has finished, the result was the loss of 2 hours scheduled that day. 6th For my taste they talk a lot about things outside of work (love life, tv shows, etc.) during a session between dentist and assistant, where you end up finding out everything. 7th Prices change to your liking and of course it is never in our favor, the crown changed in price from $ 5400 to $ 6300 because yes, in two months and there is nothing you can do about it. 8th Finally the treatment, the administrative staff (especially the owner / manager of the place) seemed a difficult person to deal with. Conclusion: My confidence in the profession of dentist and in this company was severely and negatively affected, I maintained a certain tolerance because in the end they are the ones who get into your mouth and the ones who also make you return after a certain time ... I would have liked to get out of here in peace, but it is not like that.

The treatment of the doctors is excellent but they did make me wait a long time even with an appointment and also they did not send me my results. I called twice and both times they promised to contact me and it didn't happen. In the end I didn't get my diagnosis :(

They are unprofessional hdsptm thieves. If you go, prepare to be seen in the face. I went for a root canal and they removed my tooth and gum. They should be sued. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE PLEASE.
