Hice la cita para limpieza y diagnóstico por medio de mi poliza de Gastos médicos hace 15 dias por que dicen que Tienen agenda saturada, y hoy que llego a la cita me dicen que no me pueden atender por que la odontologa renuncio hace 4 días y me intentaron avisar a un número del cel que ni es el mío de verdad arruinaron mi dia, Bueno pido que me agenden otra cita y la siguiente mas cernaca es en 1 mes jajajajaja, arruinaron mi dia Dentalia.

Pésimo servicio y nada profesionales. Es lamentable que ellos sean tan exigentes pidiendo puntualidad cuando ellos no cumplen. El día de hoy tenía cita previamente confirmada las 10 am con la doctoria Natalia, 5 min antes de mi cita me marca la recepcionista Paola para decirme que la doctora no se va a presentar porque la doctora se tomó el día. No se vale que una "empresa" de este tipo juegue con el tiempo de las personas. Lo peor es que no se pudieron comunicar con la doctora para reagendar mi cita, que poco profesionales

English Spanish very poor service. My mother has waited over a month for a crown after she was told it takes 1 and a half weeks. When the tooth arrived it did not fit and my mom can bot use her false teeth. The false teeth was not made by them but they had to send it to the lab with the faulty crown. They said they will prioritize the crown through the laboratory as my mom leaves Mexico first week in December as she does not live here and will not return. i follow up daily for feedback but they now say they can not help us to prioritize the work through the laboratory or when it will be ready. not even if we ask to have my mothers teeth returned through our own transportation. my mim has not been able to eat or go to another dentist. it is the worst dentist experience and service muy mal servicio. Mi madre ha esperado más de un mes por una corona después de que le dijeron que tomaba una semana y media. Cuando llegó el diente, no encajaba y mi mamá no puede usar su dentadura postiza. La dentadura postiza no la hicieron ellos, pero tuvieron que enviarla al laboratorio con la corona defectuosa. Dijeron que darían prioridad a la corona a través del laboratorio ya que mi mamá se va de México la primera semana de diciembre porque no vive aquí y no volverá. Realizo un seguimiento diario para recibir comentarios, pero ahora dicen que no pueden ayudarnos a priorizar el trabajo a través del laboratorio o cuándo estará listo. ni siquiera si le pedimos que le devuelvan los dientes a mi madre a través de nuestro propio transporte. mi mim no ha podido comer ni ir a otro dentista. es la peor experiencia y servicio del dentista

Pésimo servicio por parte de todo el personal, si puediera dar menos estrellas lo haría. No contestan los teléfonos, no confirman citas y no tienen un orden para hacerlo, personal carente e inepto para poder solicionar problemas, mala actitud y trato déspota. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
Terrible service from all the staff, if I could give less stars I would. They do not answer the phones, they do not confirm appointments and they do not have an order to do so, lack of staff and inept to be able to ask for problems, bad attitude and despotic treatment. I do not recommend at all.

Pésimo servicio, hablé para pedir información respecto al convenio con mi seguro y la llamada se cortó en dos ocasiones seguidas, la chica no me escuchaba. Agendé entonces por la página y nunca me llamaron para confirmar la cita, siendo que el correo mencionaba que lo harían. Llamo para confirmar y no contestan a ninguna hora ningún día

Hice mi cita por teléfono para una limpieza gratuita con mi seguro de gastos médicos mayores; me confirmaron vía telefónica que si tenían convenio con AXA; al llegar me confirmaron que no tendría costo la misma y no quisieron tomar los datos de mi seguro. Al final, llamaron a la aseguradora y dijeron que mi seguro no contaba con ese beneficio en DENTALIA y ME COBRARON $855 por la limpieza. Motivo por el cual les espera una queja en PROFECO!
