I give it a star because there is no zero, more than a month ago I went because a root canal fell out, I was only going to have it put back on, they wanted to sell me their entire kit, they took about 30 X-rays, with a camera that they have hanging on the wall without the minimum hygienic care, they did a dental cleaning that the only thing that caused me was sensitivity, they told me that they would make a diagnosis and that they would send it to me by email because it did not arrive, almost two months have passed and I have not received no diagnosis, they told me that the piece that fell off was out of square and that they had to do it again, I only asked them to hit me so I could eat and that with the diagnosis they sent me, I would make a plan to attend to it. it should. I don't know what they did to me, but the next day the piece that they only cemented and that they charged me was very expensive hurt me horrible I couldn't even eat bimbo bread, I had to go to another dentist and spend twice as much, I made the insurance claim and what they answer is that they can only return $ 300.00 MXN, because the rest required the use of machinery ..... ???????? I spent twice as much because of them, I had an infection that they did not detect, or worse, that they caused me. EVERYTHING IS RETURNED TO YOU 70 TIMES 7 !!!!

The specialists are very good and give you excellent attention, the bad thing is that they give you an appointment at an hour and they spend 30 minutes later ... THEY WASTE PATIENTS 'TIME !! I do not know if it is the responsibility of the receptionists or the dentists but you have to pay attention to that!

APPALLING. Avoid being treated with Dentalia. They told me I needed 10 resins for "cavities", without showing me X-rays or photos, or explaining why. They put two on me and they hurt me. I went to another dentist, he took X-rays on me and showed me that I didn't need any.

I took my daughter for an assessment and in the same consultation they gave a solution. They extracted 3 teeth and the dr always supported that the experience was not so terrible for a little girl. Very fast, very effective, reasonable price.

If you go looking for braces or some long-term treatment, I don't recommend it. Doctors get confused why so many doctors treat you and then they don't know what they're going to do to you.
